This place is absolutely impeccable. The service is absolutely incredible and they can’t do more for you. Mathias (please accept apologies if Incorrect spelling) is so friendly and helpful it’s like he knows what you want before you do. The staff on the bar are amazing - topping up water and ice cubes throughout the day. One of the best Hugo spritz I’ve had also. Bar and cocktail menu is fabulous and very reasonable. The breakfast is delicious and varied everyday. The restaurant has stunning views - ate in here one night was same menu as the day bar menu. I had the truffle pasta and it was so tasty. Portions are so generous - shared the halloumi and fries with my partner twice. The views from the pool and restaurant are unreal. There’s someone always on hand to buggy you down to the front where there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beach clubs. We also visited town and there’s a convenient bus stop with a bus straight to mykonos town for a few euros just a short walk from hotel and hotel reception printed off the timetable for us. They have lots of recommendations if you have no Plans. Lots of picturesque photo stops also. Very chilled out atmosphere for a lovely relaxing break.

I am struggling to find the words for how amazing this hotel and the staff are. Me and my boyfriend flew out to Mykonos for a week to stay at Once in Mykonos and from the moment we arrived we was treated like royalty. We actually got engaged during our time in Mykonos and the staff went above and beyond for us all week. I have never felt so special in my life and I actually had tears checking out and hugging all the staff. I will never forget that holiday for the rest of my life. From the moment we arrived until our departure, his professionalism was impeccable, always demonstrated with elegance, warmth, and a genuine commitment to providing the best possible experience. Even when we faced an unexpected issue with a previously scheduled excursion, Michalis handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and care, promptly offering thoughtful alternatives that allowed us to continue enjoying the island in the best way possible. His ability to transform an unforeseen inconvenience into a positive and memorable experience was something that truly impressed us. The entire hotel team also deserves recognition for the outstanding level of service. We stayed at Once in Mykonos for 2 weeks as our honeymoon destination and wow wow wow! From the minute we got into Mykonos airport everything was a premium experience. We had a private transfer to the hotel that took literally 10 minutes if that. We were then greeted by a lovely staff member who took care of our luggage on the back of the buggy and then popped us up to reception - he was on day 3 and you would have never known, he was so professional, chatty and friendly every single time we saw him. Reception and check in was a dream as we were taken to the restaurant for a welcome drink and some Greek sweets. Then came the room: we had a double room without plunge pool but we didn’t miss it as the pool area was so quiet and chilled it felt like it was private anyway! The room was immaculate and stated that way, the housekeeping was amazing. We received robes, slippers and toiletries as well as lovely coffee pods. We also had some welcome treats and a bottle of water. As it was our honeymoon we had a beautiful tart one afternoon and a card wishing us a happy honeymoon. Breakfast was divine - everything cooked so well and so much variety. We had 2 courses most mornings! Water, juice and coffee were in abundance. Try the bougatsa! The staff are so attentive and the attention to detail was incredible - even down to providing a small stool for me to pop my bag on while we ate. Lounging around the pool was a dream, bottles of water with ice and lemon are brought immediately as you take your bed, the music was great, the salt water pool beautiful and the views spectacular. We didn’t eat in the restaurant on an evening but did have drinks most days and a complimentary fruit plate one afternoon - again so attentive from the staff. Complimentary smoothies and sample cocktails are brought out to taste while you lie around the pool, a wonderful touch. Buggies are available to take you up and down to your room, the guys providing this service are great, even providing bottles of water. Every evening we received “treats” - two desserts, sweets and bottles of water. If you are staying in Mykonos you would be crazy to miss out on this hotel. It really was the stuff of dreams. Total luxury, wonderful staff and every single thing catered for. Perfect.
