We first stayed at Greco Philia in June 2025, and honestly, Ioanna was one of the main reasons we decided to come back again in June 2026. She was so warm, helpful and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Whatever we needed, she was always there, calm and ready to help, without ever making anything feel like a problem. In Mykonos, where everything can sometimes feel a little crazy and fast-paced, Ioanna somehow manages to be this constant, reassuring presence. She truly made us feel looked after and at home, and that is something you remember. A huge thank you to Ioanna for making both of our stays so special.

Greco Philia has a number of strengths, but it also has areas that need attention before it can justify a higher rating. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its peaceful location. Being away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town makes it an ideal choice for guests looking to relax rather than party. If you prefer a quieter base while still being able to explore the island, this is a good option. The hotel also offers a wide variety of room types, with each room having its own unique character rather than feeling like a standard hotel chain. We stayed in Room 405, which was a pleasant choice for a couple. It offered a comfortable amount of space with a seating area where we could relax. However, the room is beginning to show its age. The furniture is exceptionally tired and would benefit from refurbishment to bring it up to the standard expected for the price. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As with any hotel, there were one or two exceptions, but I think that often comes down to individual personalities and interactions rather than being representative of the hotel as a whole. Another positive is the location in relation to Elia Beach, with the complimentary transfer service making it quick and easy to enjoy one of Mykonos' best beaches without the hassle of driving or parking. Overall, Greco Philia offers a relaxing setting, unique accommodation, and convenient access to Elia Beach. With some investment in updating the rooms and furnishings, it could easily achieve a higher rating. For now, it's a solid 3-star experience that has plenty of potential.
