Situated near to the the centre of Fira, the hotel itself is beautiful with incredible views. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfy. Though the best part of our stay was the host Illias, who was welcoming and extremely helpful. Ranging from advice for restaurants to helping us plan activities and sorting taxis to get to the ferry port on time, we could not have asked for a better host.

“A beautiful stay, in a beautiful location!”

We absolutely loved this property, it's beautiful, well maintained and clean. The communal areas are beautifully decorated with plants, there's a room for coffee, tea and a microwave to reheat meals if needed. We absolutely loved this property, it's beautiful, well maintained and clean. The communal areas are beautifully decorated with plants, there's a room for coffee, tea and a microwave to reheat meals if needed. Also in this area there are toilets and a shower which were really handy on our last day as we had a very late flight but checked out at 11am. The outside has a lovely pool, great for cooling down, lots of comfortable sunbeds and a outdoor dining table that seats 6. Our room, the balcony and view from it were lovely! The alcony also included a table with 2 chairs so we loved having dinner out here! Very spacious, cleaned daily for us and had everything we needed. Plenty of storage so you don;t need to live out of a suitcase. Ours had a triple wardrobe, 2 bed side tables and a dresser with 2 drawers. Plenty of cupboards and fridge spacious in the kitchen area. More than enough prep room to cook for the two of us with a handy double stove, kettle and sink. The bathroom also had a cabinet and towel hooks. We really felt at home here. The staff are kind, helpful and accomodating to requests. Also a fab location for the main strip, it's not far, but far enough that it's peaceful and close to vehicle rentals, restaurants and a mini market. We will 100% be returning to Ersi next year! Our only negatives were that one time the cleaner did leave our door wide open after cleaning so we had a lil panic when we got back but the place is very secure so we weren't worried about anything being stolen! A small warning that there are steps to go up and then a straight then a small slope before you reach the main strip road but it's all downhill from there!

“Pretty, peaceful, friendly staff”

Recently, I enjoyed a three nights’ stay at the pretty and peaceful Ersi Villas. Everything about my stay was great. I stayed in one of their more basic rooms. The gound-level room had a balcony, which it gave onto a busy pedestrian walkway rather than a view. It was actually sort of amusing to have other tourists walking close by and occasionally saying hello! Guests can also go sit by the pool as well. The room was comfortable and cute in bright colors. Ersi Villas does not serve breakfast, or at least not during the time I was there, but the room had full kitchenette amenities including a cooktop and electric kettle. The hotel serves coffee and tea every morning. (For breakfast, I recommend Osmo Restaurant, just a few minutes’ walk away). The balcony also had a small clothes drying rack which was useful, and indicates they do not mind if you wash out a small amount of clothing. The pool was delicious to take a dip into in the warm afternoons and they have beach/pool towels for loan. The hotel is located in the village of Firostefani, adjacent to Fira. The main bus stop in Fira is a fifteen minute walk from the hotel, and lots of restaurants are also within ten to fifteen minutes. The very helpful staff at Ersi Villas provided helpful information about getting around Santorini, buses and excursions, and also helped me carry my luggage. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is about the wifi. The main wifi netowrk did not work in my room at all, and this is a known problem. The staff provided me another network to use, which worked. I think this should just be provided from the beginning since I kept on wondering if the problem was one of my devices, or the hotel needed to reset something, etc. This is a lovely, non-corporate-feeling hotel, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
