“More 4 star than 5🥴”
Unfortunately this hotel is a bit tired. Lovely location, nice and quiet, wonderful staff. However, the gym was archaic; just not 5 star for a spa hotel I’d expect up to date equipment but it was all so dated. This is advertised as 5 star and pictures are great but at best, this is a 4 star property. We paid for a jetted tub/dip pool room and were disappointed that we were positioned on a main footway with no privacy for the tub and with the position of the room and buildings, we never got any sunlight … more
