We stayed at this studios complex for one week in August 2018. The studios are clean and comfortable (daily cleaning and towel change). Air conditioning provided without any additional fee. Friendly and kind staff (Anastasia above all). Well located with respect to Perissa beach and bus stops. Abbiamo pernottato presso Markus&Joanna (complesso di studios) per una settimana in Agosto 2018. I monolocali sono puliti e confortevoli (camera pulita e asciugamano cambiati ogni giorno). Aria condizionata inclusa. Staff cordiale e amichevole. Ben situato rispetto alla spiaggia di Perissa e alle fermate dei bus.

We were staying at Mark and Joanna's Studios in August 2018. The place is superb and the staff are so friendly and nice about I don't need to talk about the price. I could swear no one could beat their price for staying. The owner is so nice and helpful and understands English very well. I pre ordered some stuff to surprise my family when we arrive and they bought everything and send me pictures and everything was on the beds when we arrived. The only thing that I give - is the TV only, otherwise room cleaning, service, hospitality, pool, air conditioning, beds, towels, hair drayer and kitchen stuffs was the. The beds were really comfortable and the AC did its work perfect. I do recommend this studio to everyone if you are looking for a cheap and affordable studio with swimming pool.

“All local buses travel from and to Fira”

Anastasia, the owner, was very welcoming and pleasant! If you travel by local bus from the airport, email for directions as properties don't have numbers and street names. Perissa is on one end of the island and Oia is on the opposite end.

Me and my boyfriend we were staying this past week in one of their apartments. Paid around 1000$. When we came the lady in charge greeted us and gave us a self covid test that we had to pay before entering. The internet connection is poor in the rooms. Two days without WIFI, reception is empty, no one from the staff to contact or talk to about any issue. Reception is closed and there is no one except for the cleaning lady. The guests are left alone. We didn’t had internet for the whole day for unknown reasons. At the front door on a piece of paper were left two phone numbers to contact in case anything happens. We called one of those numbers about the network and the lady told us shes going to come and fix it real quick. No one came, no one fixed it. We texted her again two hours later asking what happened with the WIFI since we spent the whole day in the apartment. Never got an answer back. We contacted her again on the phone and she didn’t picked up. Probably saw our foreign number and didn’t answered. We contacted the second phone number and the other lady picked up and asked us if we have called the other number which we said we did. She told us she didn’t know what the issue was but she will check it. Nothing again. Note that we were calling from our phone countries numbers to a foreign number and the calls that were made costed us a lot. We had a situation back home that we needed the WIFI for that way more than anything. We ended up going to the beach and spent the day over there because we didn’t had internet at the apartment. The next day WIFI was fixed but only a day later it was dead again. No Wifi for the whole day again, we gave up calling and asking for help so we went out. Note that when we had network the wifi was poor in the room and we lost often connection that we had to stay on the balcony in order to have a proper network. Cleaning lady doesn’t speak English, entered our room twice with her keys while we were sleeping even tho we didn’t put the “ service” sign at our door. She wasn’t wearing any mask nor she had a vaccination certificate. My boyfriend asked her if she could put a mask on since she already came in our room but she didn’t understood us. The last day we were given papers to fill in about our covid test results which were in greek. We didn’t understood some parts and contacted her the lady again by text message on Viber this time. She just left us on seen. The AC is outdated and old. Makes a lot of noise, yellow and crusty, the first night we were scared to turn it on since it was banging itself. We only saw the staff when we came and when we left. No one really there, i could have invited more people to live in the room for free and no one would find out. We are not sure if we’re coming back.
