We booked last minute and Roula appointments was recommended by family who had stayed there before. We had a lower level room and although it was basic, it was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed the food and drinks on offer. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. The apartments are in a fantastic location to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We never stayed round the pool bar in the evening but opted to go out instead. We personally didn't find the apartments noisy at night. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again!

Four of us had a wonderful stay at Roula Villas. It was lovely to finally meet Sissy and her family after many months of communicating to secure our booking, which we did directly. Chris and George also were particularly helpful and friendly to myself and my 3 adult children. We had the family room, which we loved with the spiral staircase and balconies. The apartment was clean and modern with lovely linen and towels. We had a few swims in the inviting pool - nice temperature too. It was in a great location close to the 24 hour bakery and an easy walk to the beach. We would highly recommend Roula Villas.

“Top hospitality and genuine people!”

This is our favorite place in Santorini. We stayed there 2 years ago, and we are coming back this year to meet up with all our friends . It feels like home, plus be sure that you will meet beautiful people at the pool bar. Highly recommended if you prefer authentic places. 👌

“Basic accommodation.”

Sadly room smaller than expected and very basic. Consisted of a Sink unit which had no plug and non available in complex to supply one. Sadly room smaller than expected and very basic. Consisted of a Sink unit which had no plug and non available in complex to supply one. Old 2 ring bench hob although we didn't need but had no bench space either and that was the kitchen area. Definitely not an apartment as we booked. Rusted fridge beside door was the only place to put anything on and only had an old chair beside bed as no unit and no lamps and no socket to plug phone in. No mirror in room so no place to dry hair. Had tiny one in bathroom that would take a hour or more to dry hair but room so wet I wouldn't risk it. A mirror in a bedroom and dressing table is the least I'd expect. I requested a ironing board and given a tiny little bench top one which had broken legs so only place to use was on the fridge which was a nightmare. Bathroom no shower curtain or door and a glass wall so all in room could see including the toliet. Why oh why. Thankfully had a roller blind to pull down. small bathroom was flooded every use. Shower head needed desperate clean. A flip top opening bin to put all toliet paper is was awful as not allow in toliet. Air-conditioning unit above patio door so floor was always wet so quite dangerous stepping onto the small balcony. Single bed was made of a concrete base and hard matress and double bed was up open plan wood stairs and low ceiling. We booked this one as told it had a indoor pool also as the outdoor was extremely cold but no mention of arrival and never found it. I emailed on return of my disappointment not getting what we paid for but no reply recieved. Chris was a credit to the hotel but has now left for a new venture. No theme night as stated. Pool side shower to use if your stay is longer than your check out time which ours was but no place to get dressed. Pool area was kept clean. Friendly staff. Near to beach, bars and restaurants. Booking.com stated a 3 star but it's actually only a 2 star.
