Before our arrival at prive suites we read several of bad reviews.Nothing is true. We are really full in love with this family and their dog "zizou". Before our arrival at prive suites we read several of bad reviews.Nothing is true. We are really full in love with this family and their dog "zizou". The owners are really lovely, smilling and always willing to serve us. Prive suites is not 4 or 5 * hotel, it's just a simple and economical property , that offers you what you need ( comfortable bed, shower in the room, small kitchenette facilities , air condition , TV that we never used). Is located in the best area of perissa as well. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, restaurants , beach bars, bus station , mini market e.t.c. We'll come back for sure.

“Best budget accommodation!”

After we booked we read some reviews..we expected the worst., But we were pleasently surprised.. OK it's not 5* but it's not 5* price.. After we booked we read some reviews..we expected the worst., But we were pleasently surprised.. OK it's not 5* but it's not 5* price.. The room was clean, the bathroom a little small but it is functional. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The position is spot on ..couple of minutes from the beach and a couple of minutes from town. For a budget holiday this is as good as any don't be put of by the bad reviews.

“Very clean but basic”

Currently staying at this hotel and it's fine. Rooms are very basic but spotless as they are cleaned every day. The staff are very helpful. beach and restaurants are a short walk away and close to buses to Thira and beyond.

A traditional greek family run budget hotel. If you want a warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere, ease of access day or night, access to beach strip supermarkets and water park all within 5 minutes this is ideal base. We have just returned from a fabulous stay here and the family couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. All of our rooms were cleaned and serviced daily, and it was apparent that 2 of the 3 rooms have recently been updated. The cleaners worked tirelessly during the day to keep the place tidy. The pool was maintained during our stay and clean all the time . Because it is a small hotel all the clients and their children became very friendly and shared experiences and trip recommendations around the poolside. We were expecting a long walk to the hotel from reviews we had but this was far from true only takes 2-3 minutes to walk from drop off to accommodation. Having arrived on a night flight we passed by mamas cafe bar next to hotel, as they were closing we asked if they could make us some food. Not only did they agree but ensured we had a seated hot meal before we settled in our hotel. An excellent cafe, excellent prices, excellent reasonably priced food and the most beautiful family who are related to the hotel owners. This became our early morning fuel stop every day for a full English to set us up. Thank you all for a lovely relaxed stay. Having read reviews it is obvious that some people have been expecting 5 star for 2 star prices if this is you then go elsewhere. If you want to experience Greek hospitality this is the place to be
