Loved this beautiful place. The view from our deluxe sea view was absolutely stunning and the hotels location was perfect. I had the most relaxing holiday. The mini bar in our room was replenished regularly and included wines, beers, diet and regular drinks, and was included in the price. A tray with shot glasses and the local RAKI and some additional jars of fruit to flavour also included if you're brave enough to try. All the staff were amazing. Lorena at Reception was so helpful and in the dining room , Simos and Christos were so attentive. Our cleaner was so lovely and even folded our night clothes when she did our room. Her lovely daughter worked in the Den and was also amazing. The entire staff made our holiday. There was a mix up with our room, which prevented us from booking our tables as the room numbers were wrong. My son booked too and on check in he was given our room and vice versa so when we put our name and room into the system it wouldn't allow us to book. I tried to explain to the main guy in Reception but he didn't seem to get what I was saying. I joined the mitsis friends club but due to that mix up I don't think it registered my stay. That minor inconvenience aside it was still an amazing holiday and I can't wait to go back. The restaurants were all fantastic, the food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough. The lady on the beach making gyros all day was so happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Billy at the infinity pools was lovely and very helpful. The pools and the the views are stunning and definitely worth a visit if you can get there. If not there are many other pools to try, including an indoor one. This was my first time at Mitsis Summer Palace but I loved it. I had just holidayed in 5 star suite in Dubai and Mitsis had a lot to live up to but it exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return. Thank you to all you wonderful guys who made us so welcome and gave us a chilled and memorable holiday. See you next year ❤️

“Utterly amazing”

We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by lovely staff at the reception desk. They were very friendly and check in was quick and stress free. We stayed in the superior double rooms which were absolutely beautiful! Mini-bar was topped up everyday with water, soft drinks and wine. The pools and restaurants were quite frankly amazing. There are about 6 pools so loads of options if no beds are available at the infinity pools. If you want a bed at the infinity pools (which were the most popular), you have to get up early to ‘reserve’ one. The staff (especially Billy) were so nice and accommodating. There were so many food options throughout the day including a vegan bar (pizza bar being our favourite). Drink option were also very good. They were mostly local drinks and spirits but they did have some known brands such as Aperol and Martini. The a-la-carte restaurants were amazing. The sushi restaurant was definitely the best by far. Our outbound flight was very late at night so we asked the reception 2 days before if we could do a late checkout, which was granted and very easy, no hassle. When we checked out, we were gifted a little gift bag full of candles, eye masks and a bath kit, which was a lovely surprise. Only ‘negative’ I would say is if they could extend the vegan options to other parts of the hotel such as having a vegan pizza option (they had vegan cheese at the fresco bar but that wasn’t extended to the pizza bar which was a shame). Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be coming back! We are staying at the Mitsis Faliraki resort in May next year so we are excited to see how that compares the Summer Beach Palace.

Our week stay at the Summer Palace was amazing. My husband and I needed a relaxing week away and that’s exactly what we got. Our first room was amazing, with the most stunning view of the sea. The room was stylish and practical. We loved the two infinity pools and spent the majority of our days around there. The med bar had lots of drinks choices and pizza and ice cream throughout the afternoon. Would recommend booking the Med for brunch and dinner, the food is delicious. As a vegetarian I found the fresco bar super helpful as it only served vegan/veggie options. The only issue we had with the food was the main buffet, sadly it wasn’t that great and we only went for one night. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful and very accommodating. On our 4th night we were upgraded to one of the suites with a private pool it was honestly the best experience we have had at a hotel. Thank you to all the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome and made our stay special.

Wow. The most amazing, beautiful hotel. Ignore the big negatives as it was just amazing and I already want to return. Food - All the restaurants were lovely, the pool was lovely, the snacks throughout the day were tasty. However, The Buffet was not nice, we were so hungry after this so we ate out the nights we didn’t have a hotel restaurant meal booked. Make sure you get booked in early for all the a la carte restaurants! Room - The sea view room was just beautiful, and so luxury. However, we couldn’t really see the sea much, but we did have 2 big comfy sun loungers which were fab. You get the mini bar free daily which is so good and also a Nespresso machine!!!! We paid for a room upgrade for the last night we were there. Instead of the basic sea view room, we upgraded to a private pool suite. It cost about £160 and was worth every penny. Wow I really recommend this!!!!! Pool Area - The sun beds are very strict in terms of not being able to leave and go for breakfast. We were up at 6:30AM in order to actually get a sunbed or we wouldn’t have gotten one! We loved getting up early to watch the sunrise but then the pool and bar doesn’t open until 9ish so it’s a long morning. We had to either take it in turns within our couple to go for breakfast or ask a couple nearby to sit on one of our sunbeds. Extras - DO NOT go to the hair salon for an up do!!! I showed a photo of what I wanted and it wasn’t like that at all. I asked her to redo it and it still was appalling. It was such a waste of money. I don’t even had a photo of it as I pulled it out before I even got back to my room. Another girl was having her nails done next to me and the spa staff member was not doing what she was asking for either, so it seems a recurring thing that they do not do as you ask and pay for!!!! It was meant to be a nice relaxing experience but it was stressful and upsetting!!! We booked the 7 course romantic meal. It turned out to be 5 course, which is still plenty! It was such a beautiful meal, absolutely perfect. However, do not book if you can’t sit down with your legs crossed as you have to sit on the floor. But the cooking was just beautiful. We hired the pedalo with a slide which was good as we went 4 ways on the cost with another couple.
