Elias, Marinela, Cathylyn is very good. They are very nice and polite and they accomodate us and very friendly. I have enjoy my stay here.

Coming to the last day of our holiday and have to say it's been a mix of feelings. The hotel definitely isn't 5 * as others have said. Rooms are ok, tiny tv, definitely no luxury, outdated. I paid for a sea view room and although I got one I didn't expect to be looking at the top of a roof with air conditioning units, so it's restricted and should be stated in description, but it's served a purpose. The food I enjoyed for the first 4 days, mainly because I've just eaten chicken salad and when u can get them fresh the chips are nice, but it's the same food every day, there's variety but if you don't like lukewarm pasta or side dishes then you really are stuck with meat and salad. Night 4 we went to the Asian and after rave reviews on the pork sweet and sour I gave it a go. It was awful, the piece of pork was the tiniest piece of pork wrapped in a big batter ball, served with boiled rice. The duck was quite nice which a few in the party had. The service was terrible, we waited for 20 minutes for drinks and it continued like this. That evening all 4 in one room got the sickness bug that's going round, up all night. It wasnt the food as my parents ate the same and wasn't ill and we know the bug is going round. Would be a good idea to partially fill the sanitizer as they are all empty so that doesn't help. I know the resort is closing but you are aware this bug is going round so that would be a start. After this I really didn't want more chicken salad or luke warm pasta, I've advised two people on reception that the food isn't great, (don't expect hot coffee either ) could have been easily solved by offering a meal next door to try something different but they wasn't that interested and said I had to pay for a day wrist band to eat next door. So instead we got a taxi to kardemena and got some nice HOT fresh food there, and will probably do the same this evening. Not much going on round hotel, kids are a bit bored, pool tears feet up as it's so rough, aqua park on beach good, but came off there with cuts and bruises, a wet suit would prevent that as it's the Velcro that causes it. Night time entertainment isn't that great. Positives The scenery is stunning, crystal sea water, some of the food is tasty, soups are really nice shame they are like warm every single day. Pizzas are lovely by beach and in restaurant. Finally the biggest positive.... The staff, the staff are absolutely 5*, I've never been to a resort with such friendly staff, they are all so welcoming and helpful and try very hard to please. Shout out to Sotiria on reception who has been a saviour this week. I'd emailed and asked for a room with no steps as my parents arnt very mobile, unfortunately they did get that on arrival so they came back to reception and Sotiria instantly sorted that out and got them in the main hotel with elevators, thankyou so much that was very much appreciated, she's sorted me bus time tables, taxis, advice, she's just been brilliant as have all the staff, so thankyou to you all.

I decided to stay at Norida in Kos this year, hoping for a wonderful experience similar to what I had at their Crete branch Mitsis Rinela last year. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in multiple ways. From the start, it was clear that the hotel didn’t meet the five-star standard. The rooms were outdated, with minimal furnishings, bare walls, and mold in the bathroom. The dining areas and the beach facilities were also neglected, with dirty tables, old china, and a lack of cleanliness. The beach towels were often not replenished, making it difficult to get a fresh one. We visited in October, and even at the end of the season, the hotel felt overcrowded. This led to some significant issues, including an outbreak of norovirus, which caused my daughter to get sick. Thankfully, I managed to avoid illness, but it definitely impacted our holiday. Additionally, the beach area was poorly maintained. Sunbeds and mattresses were dirty, and leftover drinks and litter from previous guests were not cleared away promptly. It was disheartening to see such neglect. On top of that, the amenities were lacking. There was no coffee machine in the room, and the TV was outdated and small, lacking modern streaming options. Also, the beach didn’t have enough tables for drinks, and the sunbeds were often filthy, with leftover debris. In summary, while the weather and some friendly staff were positives, the overall experience did not match the premium price or the five-star label. It was disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
