This hotel for us was fantastic, the cleanliness, the staff, management all were fantastic, it’s close to the arbour, the old town, the food in the hotel was very very good in the à la card in the pool bar and the breakfast had enough to suit everyone, towel were changed every day, bed sheets every second day, must mention a few people….Alberto in the breakfast room and pool bar, I got on with him due to him being a great person, from the Padua region of Italy same as my mum, others to be mentioned are Margarita, Seve and Ioanne and Michael, also the Manageress which unfortunately I didn’t get her name, always smiling and looking after you, we will be back, thank you all.

“Perfect Holiday”

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. Not sure we’ve ever stayed in a hotel where every member of staff go out their way to make sure you have the best holiday. They work long hours but always happy and speak very highly of their manager. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and freshly prepared. The food at the pool bar was some of the best we had. The menu changes at 6.30pm for an à la carte evening menu and it really is exceptional. Happy hour from 8-9pm makes it just perfect 🥂. We had dinner 3 times during our stay. Everywhere is spotlessly clean including our room and all the public areas. Cannot rate the hotel high enough, it hasn’t quite got some of the kerb appeal of some of the bigger hotels but it’s a real gem in a perfect location 5 mins walk to the harbour and the Old Town.

Amazing couple’s getaway, cannot recommend more! We stayed at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel Kos as a couple and had the best time. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The breakfast was great, tons of options and really good quality. We also got a late checkout and the staff were extremely accommodating about it. They made our last day so much easier and really went above and beyond. The hotel is stylish, right in the heart of Kos Town, and our room was clean, spacious, and modern. Everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a couples’ getaway in Kos, this is it. Cannot recommend more highly!

“Great find on the edge of Kos Town”

We stayed here as a family of three early June 2026. We stayed in the 2x double bedroom apartment - which was a great find. the apartment itself is situated separately from the main hotel in its own self contained and privately enclosed terrace. You can access the pool area directly from the apartment. The apartment itself was furnished to a very high standard with large living space and kitchen area - cleaned thoroughly every day. The bedrooms were spacious and wardrobes massive! Are to use safe included. bathroom was very nice - however as water is presumably solar heated - showers were lukewarm first thing in the morning if water utilised the night before. Pool towels available with 10 euro refundable deposit - ability to change for fresh towels every 2 days at no extra cost. Access to the main hotel and breakfast area just a very small walk away from the apartment.. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast plentiful- lots of options to cater for all needs - hot breakfast with eggs to order - cereals fruits and cakes. Coffee poured at your table by very attentive waiting staff. The hotel is very clean, well run with all the staff we interacted with very friendly. The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs - just on the outskirts of Kos Town - easily walkable to centre within 5-10 mins - in addition as just on the outskirts parking spaces for our hire car were easy to find and more often directly opposite the hotels entrance.
