We stayed at Blue Lagoon Ocean in September and had one of the most beautiful vacations we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. We especially appreciated that one of the receptionists spoke perfect German, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were always spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job every single day. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes, and every meal was something to look forward to. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was simply incredible – relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable. Even now, I still dream about this wonderful vacation and the unforgettable moments we had at Blue Lagoon Ocean. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We have just stayed at this beautiful hotel for the last two weeks. We had a sea view room with a shared pool and it was just stunning! Room was cleaned daily by the fabulous team of house keepers. Safe is free to use in the room as well. You get pool towels and are able to change these every two days down at the spa. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean in every area. All of the staff are so pleasant and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. The food was so good. If you cannot find something to eat here at each and every meal then there is something wrong. Every evening is a themed buffet, my favourite was definitely the Greek nights which lucky for me was twice a week! The choice was great at every meal. There are also snacks and coffee available between meals too. You definitely won’t go hungry! My husband is a fussy eater and he ate very well throughout the holiday with no problems. The staff in the restaurants are great, they serve your drinks at the table at mealtimes and are very quick with this and clearing your dishes too. The drinks are local spirits but we don’t drink a massive amount so for us we did just fine with what was on offer. As for water, it’s always available either at the bar or in the restaurant areas if you want a glass but they don’t offer bottled as the tap water on Kos is drinkable. Being cautious though we just purchased some large bottles for the room from the little shop down the road very cheaply. The room has a fridge so could keep it nice and cool. There is a bus into town and you can also book a taxi or shuttle service from the hotel. We enjoyed a few days out and about in town shopping and enjoying the sights. There is a lot to do and see and we didn’t fit everything in this time around. I enjoyed this stay so much and I am looking at booking again for next year. Thanks to each and everyone of the wonderful staff at Blue Lagoon Ocean for making our stay there amazing from start to finish!

A lovely resort about 20 minutes from Kos Town by local bus - costs 2 euros each way with a stop just across the street from the hotel. Hotel has beautiful grounds and is very well maintained. Rooms are light and airy with compact bathrooms with super showers and local complimentary toiletries provided. Nice linens which are changed every other day. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food is very good and varied with themed evenings in main restaurant -e.g. Asian night/Mexican night etc. Lunch buffet was always excellent with a wide variety of bakery treats available at breakfast and good coffee too- thanks Mohammed. Evening entertainment was not to my taste but Rock Duo on Monday we’re really talented with a wide range of music played and enjoyed. There are lots of comments around the quality of the drinks and regrettably would have to agree that the cocktails are just not of an acceptable standard for many palates - cheap mixers from a fountain/slushy used in dreadfully bright colours. We solved this by buying tonic off site and just asking for gin at the bar. A shame as the bar staff work really hard and are always cheerful. I appreciate that costs need to be controlled but would personally prefer to have a drinks limit in place and then enjoy better quality drinks. Wine was just about tolerable if drunk with ice. Lovely sunrise from sea view balcony and sunset from garden view areas. Pool space wasn’t crowded as so many room/suites have private pools. There is a beach opposite with beds and bar area too. Reception staff were helpful- thanks to Zeina and Voula for their assistance and to Carolina at guest services for helping to make a birthday special. The staff at the a la carte were very attentive too which was appreciated. Afzal is a real asset too and offered a warm and friendly welcome even though it was late at night and was always cheery. Always a strong management presence at mealtimes and they would readily step in if busy which is commendable. So a super break and a good place for relaxing thanks to the efforts of the friendly and hard working staff. Thank you!

First time to Kos and stayed in Blue Lagoon Ocean, all I can say is wow!! Although on the outskirts of Kos town we found this the perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful, arrived late at night and booked a Garden View room with shared pool and upon arrival we were escorted to our room and informed that a sandwich and water had been placed in our fridge. Following morning we went to breakfast and to be honest based on our past experiences of all inclusive we were not expecting anything special, that’s where we ended up very surprised the choice of food was outstanding but remember you are in Greece so don’t expect sausage and bacon like the Uk. Plenty to choose from with fruits, breads, cereals, yoghurts and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes and much more. All the food from this hotel is absolutely amazing with different themed nights throughout the week. Pool areas are all clean and no sunbed wars here as can’t reserve any beds before 10am. Having a Garden view room with shared pool was fantastic as we got the sun for most of the day up until 5-6pm. There is a rocky beach across the road with opportunities for jet skiing etc all at extra cost obviously. Local bus will take you into Kos but beware there is only 1 bus on this route but as the hotel is one of the first ones to stop at you should be okay. Entertainment wise don’t expect shows all night as this normally doesn’t start until 9pm but some nights might not be anything on. If honest this was not a problem for us l. We requested to keep the room on last day as had a late night flight back ( this has to be done 2 days in advance) but it does cost extra to do so. Honestly could go on and on about this hotel we loved it so much we are looking into booking next year. Fantastic Staff , Food ,Rooms just everything!!
