Beautiful resort and the grounds were gorgeous! We stayed in block 6000 so we were lucky to be close to the main hotel and facilities. The rooms were basic but perfectly fine for what we needed as we didn’t spend much time in them. The cleaners were fantastic and kept the rooms spotless every day! The pool was massive and although it was quite cold, it was very refreshing after sunbathing in the heat. We were also really impressed with the amount of sun loungers available — never struggled to find one. We enjoyed the food and found it delicious overall, although towards the end of the holiday it did become a little repetitive and sometimes the meat was a bit tough. The waiters were all very attentive and always checking what drinks we would like. The only downside for us was the beds and pillows, as they were quite hard and not very comfortable, which meant we didn’t sleep brilliantly and my partner ended up with a bad neck. The resort is around a 45-minute walk to Kos Town, which we actually enjoyed, but taxis were only around €9 each way which was very reasonable. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the resort for being so friendly and attentive throughout our stay!

Facilities are great, but for me everything else was massively underwhelming even disappointing at times. Drinks are alright. Food was by far the worst part, always cold no fresh fruit and veg available. All the food is very low quality but lots available, I've stayed here 1 week and had the runs twice. Ive normally got a strong stomach but some of the food isn't right in addition I've found a stone in the food what hurt my teeth luckily didn't damage them otherwise the holiday would be ruined

“Wouldn’t recommend overall”

The location is good and staff friendly. You definitely need to hire a car to see the other side of the island as the beaches are a lot better. The location is good and staff friendly. You definitely need to hire a car to see the other side of the island as the beaches are a lot better. We also visited Zia and went up Dikeos which I’d recommend! The hotel has lots of pools and slides for kids and sports with a €50 deposit. The food is some of the worst all inclusive I’ve ever had. It was all identical every day and always cold. The specialty restaurants were disappointing also. The table drinks service was nice, when they remembered to come to the table otherwise you’d have to queue at the bars. The room was adequate but the cleaners were great. The beaches this side are littered with rubbish which isn’t the hotels fault I know but just sad to see. The beach sunbeds aren’t included which I feel is silly considering the overall cost of the holiday. Don’t waste your money on the “sea view” rooms as there’s a loud road right outside and we got a giant electric pole blocking our view. The resort is quite noisy and guests seemed to like to party into early hours. I ended up getting sick of like to say it wasn’t the food but I didn’t see another little girl being sick in the buffet and by the kids pool! 🤢 Wondering if there was something going around or if it was the lukewarm food. Check in took hours!! We arrived in the middle of the night and then had to queue for hours as there was only 2 staff members on shift. You’d think they’d have more on knowing a coach load of guests were arriving, people were checking out AND they had a kids local football event on so a huge party of guests from that were checking out too. They should have at least said children and babies first.
