The location is very good, pretty and quite close to Kos Town. The hotel is very nice and feels very Greek and authentic, the rooms are spacious and clean. The noise level is appropriate to the time of day it is. The value is very very good and if recommend this stay to anyone. The restaurants are very nice and the restaurant staff are very friendly. The animation team is amazing!!! They are all so friendly, kind and encouraging. The activities are exciting and suitable for everyone and all ages. Stefan played card games with us, was really funny and friendly, he’s a legend!! Meg was also really nice and had a good chat with us.They are all amazing dancers and human beings.

the location is beautiful and has a great view and beach, the atmosphere is very friendly and nice, yhe rooms are nice and clean, the value for money is amazing, its very clean, its noisy at the main pool but have multiple different other pools where you can go, the seevice is good and the entertainer reps are very nice and friendly especially stephan,flavia and gulliano. i highly recommend coming here ive had a great week here and sad to leave.

We've just returned home and I'm already looking at booking again, which wasn't something I expected to say when we first arrived. I'll start with what made this holiday so special - the people. The staff here are the heart and soul of this hotel, and without them it simply wouldn't be the place it is. The entertainment team deserve every bit of praise they receive. Thank you to Haruun, Kasja, Ania, Flavia, Ida, Giuliano and Anne - you were all absolutely amazing. A special shout out to Stef and Megan what an absolute credit to this hotel these guys are. Nothing was ever too much and I honestly was blown away by the fact they couldn't do enough for you. From the minute we woke up until the evening entertainment finished, they worked tirelessly and always had a smile on their faces. What I loved most was that they got the balance absolutely right. They encouraged lots of people to join in but never pestered anyone, unlike some hotels we've stayed at. They were friendly, personable and genuinely interested in everyone. My children made friends with every single member of the entertainment team, and that's something that speaks volumes. They coloured with them, played with them, jumped in the pool with them and created memories they'll never forget. Also they come around selling t-shirts and what a life saver they were - my kids wore them most days in the pool to stop them from getting burnt. One moment that really summed them up happened during the pool party. My son is terrified of fireworks, and instead of just accepting he wouldn't watch, they let him help detonate the fireworks himself. Suddenly he felt in control, sat down and watched the entire display with the biggest smile on his face. That one act turned something scary into one of his favourite memories from the holiday, and as parents we'll always be grateful for that. Another moment was when Meg, who has a special place in our hearts, came into work with a drawing for my little boy which had so much detail about our holiday and the kids you could see how much they had gotten to know everyone. We couldn't walk around the hotel without the kids names being shouted and high fives being given. The pool parties were honestly incredible! We'd love to see even more events in the future, such as foam parties or other themed afternoons because the entertainment team would absolutely smash them. A huge thank you also goes to Thanasis at the pool bar, Christos at Fork House, Agapi in the coffee shop, Dimitris and all the girls working around the bars. Every single one of them was so friendly and personable and worked incredibly hard throughout our stay. Christos especially received Happy Birthdays from my children on his birthday as my children loved him and Dimitris ran out to say goodbye to the boys who he had really taken under his wing, they were heartbroken to leave them. Booking the special restaurants was so easy. The breakfast team also deserve a special mention. They made every morning a pleasure, constantly high-fiving the children, chatting away and making everyone feel welcome. The pools are fantastic and the slides are brilliant fun for both children and adults. One thing we really appreciated was never having to get up early to reserve sunbeds. The hotel never felt overcrowded around the pools during the day, making it a much more relaxing experience than many all-inclusive resorts. The rooms were lovely, and I have to say these were genuinely the comfiest hotel beds we've ever slept in. Getting out of bed every morning was a struggle! Fresh water was always provided in the fridges everyday! Unfortunately, we did have issues with our first room (near the golf area) which was one of the bunk bed rooms. It was covered in flies, moths and ants, making it quite unpleasant. We couldn't open a balcony or front door without letting 20/30 moths and ants in. We were moved, and the hotel handled this brilliantly and couldn't have been more helpful. Our replacement room was lovely and I couldn't fault it, I would recommend buying bug plugs before you come out. Bugs are definitely something the hotel needs to improve, and there are quite a few visible ant and wasps nests around the grounds which unfortunately left us with some nasty bites. However the hotel itself was always very clean and well maintained. The food was really good throughout our stay, but the main restaurant is simply too small for the number of guests during peak times. If you arrived around half 7 for dinner it could be quite chaotic, with everyone squeezing past each other trying to get food. The staff worked incredibly hard and deserve huge credit because they kept everything moving despite the limited space, but I do think the dining area needs expanding. The pool restaurant also has so much potential. Adding fresh gyros during the day would be an absolute winner, as it was only available at the beach bar, along with a little more lunchtime variety to spread people out. There's plenty of unused space there that could really become something special. The swim-up bar was another highlight, but it definitely needs more staff. The team working there were brilliant but clearly under-resourced and constantly rushed off their feet.The happy hour at the juice bar was fantastic and became one of our favourite little treats. The evening entertainment was excellent every night. Occasionally the microphones cut out or the speakers around the pool struggled quite a lot so the music or the entertainment staffs updated would cut out, but that's easily fixed with some upgraded equipment because the entertainment itself was brilliant. The music played around the hotel all week deserves a mention too—it was absolutely top notch and really added to the atmosphere. There are so many opportunities for this hotel to become even better. Greek cooking classes at Fork House during the day would be fantastic, as would beach parties in a safely roped-off area during the evening. Also, when the football was on, it would have been amazing to have it shown on the big screen with bottled beers being sold - the atmosphere would have been incredible as no shows were on during the games. When we first arrived, I genuinely wasn't convinced we'd come back. By the end of the holiday, we were genuinely sad to leave. Watching members of the hotel team run over to say goodbye to our children was such a lovely moment and showed just how much they genuinely care. The gym needs a bit of an upgrade and there were lots of children in there but i must admit the new paddle courts are incredible and are maintained perfectly. Well done to the hotel for that addition. This hotel has its areas to improve - bug control, restaurant space, a few equipment upgrades and additional staffing at the swim-up bar - but those things can all be fixed over time. The one thing you can't buy is the people who work here, and they are absolutely exceptional. They made this holiday what it was. They gave our children experiences they'll remember forever and turned what started as a holiday we weren't sure about into one we're already planning to repeat. Thank you to every single member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to see you all again. This was our 3rd Atlantica hotel across 3 greek islands and I must say the team do an incredible job of getting the right people in for the hotel.

“Bonjour!!”

This has being the Best holiday. We were a group of 6 and we had Amazing time. We especially loved thé animation team especially Anne Who did not speak French but always said Bonjour, comment ça va envers Day. The activités with thé team like béer pong also good. Thank you all.
