I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel or the staff. From start to finish our holiday has been amazing. Please ignore the negative reviews and make your own mind up when here. Fantastic holiday! Animation team are amazing! Especially Nacho, he’s our favourite person! Hotel room cleaned daily, food good, hotel staff all pleasant, we don’t want to go home! We will definitely be back!
