Another great week. Divine Club Suites are large with two rooms one with massive sofa, TV, Suit Press and door onto balcony. The Bedroom has Queen Size bed, TV , Hanging space with door to balcony. Use of rooftop bar 10am till 6pm with free drinks. What makes this Hotel is the Staff. The General Manager is very approachable and determined to ensure all guests have a brill holiday. Food & Beverage Manager Vaccilli and Maria are like old friends they remember every guest and always go beyond expectations. The Waiting Staff are lovely. Room cleaning staff are fab.However Visitors need to remember this is a four star hotel on a small Greek island, some of the comments on here are a disgrace which I feel are from people who have very little travel experience. Who have No thought for how it makes the staff feel as they are all very proud of their Hotel. Yes the Breakfast Chef Lady does not have brilliant customer facing experience, but her fried eggs are perfect 😂 Yes the TV’s could do with more British Programs. I would rather come to this Hotel with its friendly personal service, than be called Sir in a massive chain Hotel

“Ok hotel for a couples holiday!”

Good location, walking distance to Kos town. Although I didn’t realise the hotel was above a shop, so not aesthetically pleasing..Lots of restaurants on the way, facing opposite the beach. Good location, walking distance to Kos town. Although I didn’t realise the hotel was above a shop, so not aesthetically pleasing..Lots of restaurants on the way, facing opposite the beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was fine for sunbeds..plenty, as long as you get yourself down in the morning at a decent time. Staff were quite observant to ensure you’re not consuming food and drink that hasn’t been bought from the hotel bar etc..The Greek night held by the hotel was great fun😊 nice food and cocktails on the menu to order!

“Pity”

We came 2 years ago when it had just had a makeover. You know what they say, never go back. The hotel is tidy and the staff lovely but unless you pay premium its become ordinary especially the constant thumping "music", more like 2 star Benidorm than 4 star Kos

Paid for sea view, got it, sadly front of hotel did not get sun. Able bodied people had to go up flight of stairs for toilet. Homemade wardrobes, very little hanging space. Bathroom small n compact. Paid for sea view, got it, sadly front of hotel did not get sun. Able bodied people had to go up flight of stairs for toilet. Homemade wardrobes, very little hanging space. Bathroom small n compact. Same menu every night. 2 & 3 floors for Devine members only. Devine members lounge, size of large living room. No other lounges. Before you book to go to any area of Greece, check climate tax charges, as our hotel was 4*, it was 10€ per room, per night. Parasol for every 2 sunbeds, great, but wouldn’t fancy getting one in summer. Very clean, staff lovely. Hotel 30 mins walk to ferry, along sea front, very pleasant.
