Really don’t understand the bad reviews given here. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first evening. Taken to our apartment with a plate of sandwiches, fruit and cake as we’d missed the buffet. Room is lovely and clean and has everything we need. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi is great (albeit a little chilly)! Bars are great and staff work really hard to get everyone served quickly. Good choice of cocktails too! Buffet is pretty much the norm for all inc. Staff again work really hard to keep on top of the cleaning and always with a smile. All in all I would totally recommend. Only thing I would suggest is a little bit of music by the pool, but do understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. P.s very rocky getting into the sea here, so pool shows are a must!

We visited this hotel for 10 nights in September The hotel is situated around 15 mins from Kos Town and is very isolated with no shops apart from an internal hotel shop which is well stocked but no magazines or books It’s classed as a five star which it clearly is not but that seems a ploy for the tourist tax I’m sure 20 years ago it was 5 star but it needs significant improvements to attain that again However it is a really pleasant hotel which if you want a restful hot holiday which can be pool and Beach based it’s for you The hotel comprises of small bungalows with balconies they probably need a refurb And definitely need walk in showers rather than the shower over the bath which tends to flood the floor The maid services are a bit hit and miss often towels not replenished but a gentle reminder to reception and they soon arrive at the room The beach area has so much potential it needs urgent upgrades with nicer beds and day beds Also would benefit from waiter service with drinks orders also you definitely need beach shoes The pool area is beautiful and spotless but spoiled by greedy tourists who put their towels out overnight to secure beds this is a ridiculous practice we complained to reception they said they couldn’t do anything Towels were actually left on two beds for 48 hours without being moved or used The life guard is bored and under utilised he could police the towels game at minimum The pool bar again is well in need of an upgrade the food is boring poor and minimum The staff work really hard in the pool bar and are fab This is also the venue for the a la carte which was fabulous so proves it can be done The actual restaurant is lovely the food is excellent with loads of choice for all mealtimes the chefs and waiter staff are all really helpful The main issue is the start time of dinner at 19.30 far to late for us often lots of queues at this time better to open earlier and pace the demand Main bar is fine with lovely staff Special mention for the Spa another completely under appreciated facility it’s spotless the treatments are really great and the staff are lovely it has a great indoor pool also The hotel should invest in a shuttle bus even for a nominal charge to Kos town it would really help visitors All in all if you want a restful quiet hot holiday this place is for you If you want loud music and entertainment it is not We really enjoyed

Natura Park Villiage Hotel was a lovely experience for a romantic couples holiday. The pool was great and mostly clean except for a few leaves. It was fairly easy to get a sunbed everyday after breakfast without feeling the unnecessary urge that some people have to “reserve” them at 6am. As a picky eater, the food was great for me, with lots of potato’s and rice and bread and cheese. However for my boyfriend, who eats normally, he found the selection was okay but the quality of the food such as a meat was quite poor. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very good service at mealtimes. The young man with glasses behind the pool bar was lovely and very helpful. The pizza at the poolside bar was a highlight for me as well as the quick drinks service where you could get an array of cocktails and soft drinks. It was very convenient how close and private the beach was. The entertainment was slightly lacking with no music playing over the speakers in the main bar so the atmosphere was not the best. Also one night there was someone taking pictures as we walked into tea, being at an all inclusive we, perhaps naively, assumed they would be free for us to take the next morning however they were trying to charge €41 for 4 pictures. Be warned if you come here at a time where most residents are older, you will get stared at constantly. We found many residents had poor manners and we often felt watched. Our main issue was the fact that when we arrived there were ants in our bed as well as on the food we were given as we arrived late. We were told it was because of the food which we understood and decided to stay in the room and see how we got on. We then found the occasional ant throughout the week but when we were packing to leave we found many ants swarming our clothes (that had been in the wardrobe and not around any food) which caused stress and disgust. Other than these issues we had a great time at the hotel although i would give it 3.5 - 4 stars rather than the 5 they advertise, mainly due to the ant problem.

“Need to up their game”

Room was ok not very clean ,hair all over bath tub and toilet , sheets also had marks on them they havent provided water or coffee or milk other than on the first day of arrival ive had to buy some , I had to ask to borrow an iron , the hairdryer is on the wall so old fashioned,doesn't dry hair pro… more

Room was ok not very clean ,hair all over bath tub and toilet , sheets also had marks on them they havent provided water or coffee or milk other than on the first day of arrival ive had to buy some , I had to ask to borrow an iron , the hairdryer is on the wall so old fashioned,doesn't dry hair properly , ive been here 4 days so far not had clean towels , the bar staff are lovely, the food is OK ,the pool areas are nice ,I really wouldn't say this is more than a 3 star holiday venue
