Jackie & Rose Well what can I say... just returned from 11 nights here and I have to say it has been the best holiday we have had. From arriving, where we where helped with our luggage, a cool drink and a face flannel, up until the end there were no negatives at all. The room was very clean and attended to every day, water was left and the fridge was topped up with soft drinks. The restaurants and food were excellent with a wide choice for everybody's needs, we booked the Italian and Greek food nights and have to say they were excellent. Pools and beaches are kept clean with a wide range of places to get a sunbed. The entertainment covers a range to suit all people of different ages, and you are never left with an empty glass as the bar staff come around and get you another asap. But the main thing is how the staff look after you they are polite, will have a laugh with you and there is nothing they will not do to make your holiday special. So a great big thank you to Stefanos and his team at the Oceanis, we will see you next year and hope you remember us 😜

“Great hotel and a beautiful view.”

At first glance the hotel is very nice, clean and all the stagg were friendly. Rooms Our room was cleaned daily with no issues at all, bathroom was clean and modern also. At first glance the hotel is very nice, clean and all the stagg were friendly. Rooms Our room was cleaned daily with no issues at all, bathroom was clean and modern also. Food We couldn't fault the food, alot of all Inclusives I have found the food poor but this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Food was well cooked abd nu erous times I witnessed a member of staff measuring the temperature under of the food. If it wasn't hot enough it was taken away and a new batch. Bought back out. Only thing I'd say I didn't enjoy was the coffee but thats maybe just me. Drinks The drinks for the most part were decent however you do have to pay for some of the cocktails. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, we tented to stay by the beach area as the trees have some nice shade when you wanted it. All in all it was a great hotel and I couldn't fault it. Im sure at some point we will be back.

Right on the beach, stunning views out across the ocean! Very calm vibes throughout the hotel and at night there are a few bars with very different atmospheres in each. The bedrooms are high standard, always clean, no faults and whether it’s an inland or sea view you get amazing sights. Now the staff! Every single staff member we spoke too was truly amazing. All so friendly and helpful, yet subtle when asking if everything is fine in the restaurants. Leaving you to just enjoy your meal. The 3 extra onsite restaurants are all lovley, but for us Dopio was next level with its authentic Greek cuisine and drinks. Couldn’t rate the place high enough.

We received a very warm welcome from Anthony on arrival and were encouraged to take advantage of the Yacht restaurant still being open to have dinner before checking in. The welcome from the staff if there was as warm and friendly as if their day was just beginning, not the end of a bust, hard working day. There was a good range of food on offer still and we made the most of it, and enjoyed a glass of wine with it. Check in was straightforward, with clear, concise information given and a ride to our room with heavy cases was very much appreciated. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was spacious, clean, well furnished and well maintained, with at least a king size bed. Throughout our stay our housekeeper, Epmonena, was wonderful, keeping the room spotless and replacing towels etc as requested, always smiling. Other reviews will focus on how delicious the food is, with such a variety of options available, the special feel of each of the à la carte restaurants and the warmth and friendliness of all staff. The recruitment process is highly effective, with the highest quality people working throughout the hotel. The facilities are amazing, as are the activities managed by the fantastic entertainment team. It is easy to praise a hotel when everything runs smoothly for the guests. What lifted this hotel, and the people who work there, was the support offered when my husband had a bad fall while we were walking around Kos Town. A passing Greek soldier kindly took us to the local hospital. My husband has Alzheimer’s Dementia, and Type 1 Diabetes. He struggles to understand every day life so coming on holiday was a challenge for him. The fall had serious consequences, not so much physically, but psychologically and emotionally. He couldn’t deal with local medical services, even though they were caring and spoke excellent English. While dealing with his fall, and the medical staff, arranging a taxi to take us back to the hotel etc, I lost the room key. On explaining how I had lost it, I was overwhelmed by the support offered, first by Anthony, then by Thermes, whose empathy calmed me and gave me confidence I was dealing well with everything. She offered practical help, such as access to a doctor, but it was the realisation that I did not have to deal with it alone, that help was there if needed. This was reinforced later that evening by Claire, the Customer Relations Manager, who, again, reinforced I was not alone, support was there for my husband, but also for me. Practical help such as bringing food was also offered, nothing was too much trouble. This support continued for the remainder of the holiday. A key point for me, was all of this was given genuinely. I did say thank you in person but wanted to say it publicly too.
