We have just returned from our second holiday at this hotel, having stayed there for the first time last May. We had a lovely time on both occasions. It is a pretty simple three star but in many ways punches above its weight. At this time of year it is not very full and is peaceful and relaxing with a very pleasant garden and pool area. The sun beds are a bit dated but are spaced out and there was plenty of room to relax and feel at ease. We paid extra for a modern room with a side sea view and were delighted with it. It had a balcony with a great view and was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed and the shower, our two priorities, were both excellent. We felt the air con had improved from last year and were more than happy with the space and comfort. We ate in the hotel a lot. Breakfasts were fine. It isn't an extensive choice but perfectly okay. Evening meals were much better than the reviews suggest. There are nice salads, tasty Greek cuisine and plenty of options. Some home style cooking on show. If you want more, you can eat out at the many restaurants in Kos and around the hotel. It is situated in a nice low key location and is not too far from Kos town. The selling point of this hotel is value for money and a handful of excellent welcoming staff. You are made to feel at home and part of the Palm Beach family. Hence people return year after year. We too will return as it was a great holiday. Special thanks to the friendly long serving restaurant staff and to Grazie, the superb bar manager who is lovely and a real asset to the hotel.

Lovely hotel. We didn’t have high expectations for a few reasons: 1.We visited out of season 2.They were some rather negative reviews 3.We did not pay a lot. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, modern and spacious, pool area and bar were nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast and dinner were nice (although we ate out most nights). It was a bit of a walk from Kos town but we didn’t mind as there was a beautiful beach and lovely selection of restaurants close by. Overall, really good value for money and we had a lovely holiday.

“Cheap nice hotel but book without breakfast and dinner”

Average hotel, most staff was friendly. The poolbar lady Gracia was fantastic at het job and extremely friendly. Pool area looked a bit tired and needs some upgrades. Average hotel, most staff was friendly. The poolbar lady Gracia was fantastic at het job and extremely friendly. Pool area looked a bit tired and needs some upgrades. First room we stayed was tiny but clean. no wardrobe but few hangers on a bar with a couple of drawers. Shower was old and half broken. 2nd week we had ro transfer to other building. Rooms bigger and up to date. Great shower. Breakfast was cold and boring. Everything cheap . Disgusting scrambled eggs. Some cheese and cold meat each morning. Coffee was the only good item available. Dinner the same, salads okay but otherwise cheap and simple. Only melon for fruit . Kos center 20min walk . Beach 2 minutes walk but all with pebbles so swimming shoes needed. Had a lovely holiday but wouldn't return to this hotel.
