Relaxed hotel in quiet outskirts of Kos town opposite small beach. Nice pool, plenty of sun beds. Stayed in room 308 which is one of the newer ground floor rooms. Relaxed hotel in quiet outskirts of Kos town opposite small beach. Nice pool, plenty of sun beds. Stayed in room 308 which is one of the newer ground floor rooms. Lovely shower, clean room which was serviced daily. Air con , tv, kettle and hairdryer. No coffee but that was ok as we took some . Breakfast and dinner was fine, not fine dining but all freshly cooked and plenty of salad and fresh fruit. Pool bar where Tomas was very cheerful and helpful and Marina who was our waitress in the restaurant. All staff always polite and smiling. 25 mins walk to Old Town which could be tricky if you don’t keep off the cycle path. Lots of supermarkets and bars nearby if you don’t fancy the walk. Overall a lovely relaxed and typical Greek place to stay and we would definitely return to stay here again. Don’t be put off by some of the negative comments - if you want rustic, friendly, clean place by sea you won’t be disappointed.

“Blissful 10 days in the sun”

I had a fantastic 10 night stay with my partner on half board. We stayed in one of the superior double rooms which was part of the main complex just behind the pool and bar. The room was nice and clean, big poweful walk in shower, large comfortable bed and well furnished with things you need like a small fridge, kettle and hairdryer. ( There is another part of the hotel next door, housed in a block where the rooms aren't as big or as nice, a few couples we met were in there having thought they booked the same rooms via Loveholidays so please double check with them or the hotel before you book) We used Jet2 and everything was as described. We didn't book half board with the intention of eating every breakfast and evening at the hotel as there are so many great places to eat within easy walking distance, however the food at the hotel was nice enough that we ate there several times and saved alot of money. Always well cooked with plenty to choose from. The atmosphere at the hotel and around the pool was wondefull and relaxing and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I must particularly mention Gratzia and Thomas who run the pool bar, so warm and friendly, they made our time there all the more enjoyable. We will be booking here again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Palm Beach for a wonderful stay.

Good bits: room was nice and as advertised, comfortable beds, air con worked fine, pool was lovely and not busy, good location next to beach, reception and restaurant area were clean and as in photos It is a ~20min walk to town with bars/shops along the way or a €7 taxi. There are also nice restaurants right outside on the beachfront. Bad bits: room wasn’t fully clean (could tell walls, chairs, balcony and fridge hadn’t been wiped down), sun loungers were uncomfortable, drinks at pool were expensive and not very nice, breakfast only open until 10am We booked this hotel for a really low price so were happy overall with what we got. It feels like the place has a lot of potential if they just fixed a few things.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend from 7th July. Had read mixed reviews so was unsure as to what we would find. The hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and everything was in perfect working order, we also had a lovely little patio. The staff working at the hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, all of the waiters and waitresses were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff Tomas and Grazie were also lovely and everyone there worked very hard. The food was good and always fresh but could’ve have done with a bit more choice. We were half board so we had breakfast and evening meal, everything else was reasonably priced and there is a lunch menu available from 12-4pm and happy hour at the bar is from 8pm to 10pm. Overall it was a lovely holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
