We’ve actually had a really comfortable 4 night stay here. The staff have been helpful and pleasant throughout. We opted for a family apartment even though there was just two of us, as we wanted to maximise the opportunity to cater for ourselves when it came to breakfast and lunch. The kitchenette was fairly well equipped; microwave, 2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Crockery and cutlery clean, with a few pots and pans. (You would have to provide your own washing up materials). The under counter fridge kept our drinks and provisions chilled. All areas of the apartment were spacious including the balcony which overlooked the pool (room 401). The furniture (in this room) is very tired. Bathroom cabinet is warped from damp, wardrobe door sticks and opens the drawer below at the same time, and every piece of furniture shows signs of long time wear. We didn’t pay megabucks and we didn’t complained as none of the above affected our stay. There’s been plenty of hot water and although the beds are firmer than we’d like, we’ve slept and relaxed well here. We had two air con units to service living and bedroom and both were very effective. Things to note WiFi is stronger in the rooms, weaker by the pool. The sun hits the pool about 12.30pm and can be considered chilly. Breakfast is €12.50 (can’t comment as made our own). This hotel is in a great location with supermarkets, gift shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and Dolphin Sq (taxi rank) just 6 mins away, which indicates the start of the seafront.

“Brilliant location & breakfasts, good pool, friendly staff.”

Brilliant location & breakfast; good pool, friendly staff. I loved this hotel after a week -- I can recommend it just for the superb breakfasts ! (Greek, English, continental). Less than 10 minute stroll to the harbour, less than 5 to the beach, plenty of shops nearby. The only downside is that rooms need some maintenance here and there - but I overlooked a slightly decrepid bathroom cabinet after a few days! It is generally well equipped eg air-con integrated in the building, and some renewal would earn it 3 stars plus.

“Dated but great position”

The hotel is stuck in the seventies and in need of an update in decor. However, it is situated very close to the town and harbour and is functional. We had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, seating area and balcony. Kitchen equipment was limited but we only ate a cold breakfast there so o problems.… more

The hotel is stuck in the seventies and in need of an update in decor. However, it is situated very close to the town and harbour and is functional. We had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, seating area and balcony. Kitchen equipment was limited but we only ate a cold breakfast there so o problems. The bathroom was clean with no toiletries but fresh towels daily. Safety deposit box is located in reception. The swimming pool area is small but seemed ok.

“Good for short stay.”

Functional hotel in Kos Town. All we really needed for a one night stopover. Booked for two nights as very early morning arrival on the island. Functional hotel in Kos Town. All we really needed for a one night stopover. Booked for two nights as very early morning arrival on the island. We arranged in advance and were greeted at 3.30 am so many thanks to the hotel for that. Nice pool and good quiet location away from the centre. Large apartment with kitchen etc but not a lot of equipment. Staff were nice and friendly. Fine for a ferry stopover. Very good supermarket around the corner.
