“Perfect stay”
Perfect location, close to the beach and market. Silent, clean, basic. Breakfast can be better. Hotel owner was very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything works perfectly. Always first option for Kos town.

Loved it here .room was big an cozy .cleaned everyday .an towels ..Antonio is an amazing host an staff are all friendly an helpful ..pool was ace.. no crowding .nice Al chilled ..5 mins from beach an kos town ...would rate this place 10 out of 10 ...

Highly recommended if you get in Kos. Antonia and her father are simply great, amazing people very helpful and kind. “Very good Hotel!!”
We stayed at the Theonia hotel for 7 days. This hotel is in a great Location. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, also the bars and shops are near the Hotel. “Close to the center”
It's a small hotel but clean.The pool clean every day.Friendly reception staff and good breakfast.The hotel is close to the comercial center 10 minutes.There are also a small library which it have the books in all languages
