“Amazing hotel”

Amazing week at this beautiful hotel. Recommending to all my family and friends Loads of swim up rooms we had one in adult only 2207 and it was fab Hotel modern and clean but the staff make if, from the minute we arrived they were friendly fun and professional

This hotel is unreal, best holiday we have been on yet and can imagine it’ll be hard to beat. Arrived late to check in (at midnight) had several members of staff that welcomed us and got some welcome drinks & snack bag- which consisted of sandwich and fruit (due to restaurant being closed) all lovely touches from the moment we arrived.The golf buggy to the room was a brilliant touch considering the size of the resort. We had booked a swim up room and we was in room 3505, great location right near all restaurants & bar- having our own sunbeds was a dream however there was no sunbed wars across the hotel was always free beds. The room is a perfect size and the would 1000% recommend a swim up! The food was really good and the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful during our stay, one of the waitress’ who we mainly dealt with in the restaurant was lovely! Right opposite a supermarket which is really handy and has everything you could need as well as the shop on the resort aswell. Overall amazing holiday and amazing hotel, and a great way to spend my birthday will definitely be returning.

Utopia Blu is a beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens with a back drop of the mountains. The hotel is pristine in all areas and the rooms are modern and comfortable. We had a swim up room near to reception which caught the sun in the afternoon, the plush sun loungers and chairs on the private terrace made it special . Definitely book a swim up room you won’t regret it. There is an adult only area with the same facilities but as we travelled with our family and baby grandson , our area was perfect . The family rooms are very spacious and baby cots and high chairs are provided . The hotel offers a shuttle service through out the day to and from a private area on the beach reserved for the hotel. The beach is worth a visit and there are many little shops and restaurants along the 15 minute walk. The supermarket opposite the hotel is exceptional , is reasonably priced and sells absolutely everything . The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful . Our special thanks to all the restaurant and bar staff who worked tirelessly each day to meet our every need - Christos especially, went above and beyond for us . We had a wonderful stay , our only disappointment was the evening food. Breakfast was excellent , lunch buffet had lots of choice and was ok. We were only able to book one of the fine dining restaurants because of the limited availability so we only experienced the Mediterranean restaurant , which was lovely . We totally understand the kitchens in the main buffet restaurant are catering for lots of people and are trying to offer a variety of dishes for a diversity of tastes . That was the problem - the chefs were putting quantity of choice over quality of the food being cooked - grilled meat and fish were over cooked , food was often cold. Two of our family are vegetarians and they were limited to pasta mainly as many of the vegetable dishes also had meat in them . If the kitchen sorts this out , the hotel could have a 5 star rating . I’ve read other reviews and other people are saying the same . In spite of our one negative feedback on the food , we would definitely recommend Utopia Blu , we had a wonderful family holiday .

“Really lovely, but could be improved!”

Came to Utopia Blu for a week with family and had a really lovely time. We had a swim up room which made it for us really and it’s definitely worth the extra money for that. I used the spa which is extra but also worth it for a relaxing massage to get in the holiday spirit. Really modern hotel... more

Came to Utopia Blu for a week with family and had a really lovely time. We had a swim up room which made it for us really and it’s definitely worth the extra money for that. I used the spa which is extra but also worth it for a relaxing massage to get in the holiday spirit. Really modern hotel and a great, bright and clean room. It’s a definite four star hotel but some improvements could definitely be made. The food was great, a good selection most evenings and very tasty as a whole but the main dining room has an atmosphere of a secondary school dinner hall and the food area is way too small for the amount of people that want to eat Lunchtimes are however, very repetitive and I hope you like gyros for lunch every day! The staff as a whole are lovely, happy to help and always say hello but found that maybe a couple of individuals didn’t particularly like English people and made sure we knew about it.
