We visited in May 2026 and for the price that we paid I can give this only a average/satisfied rating. Welcome We checked in our luggage was left in the rain, the welcome was decent not a lot of information given and we had to pay extra for air con €70 for the week. It was heavy rain but nikos bar adjacent to the hotel was welcoming. Room We managed to locate our room with minimal instructions, if you are in the block we had be aware that there is no lift for your heavy luggage and also no assistance was offered. The room is decent for the price we paid but this is as high a rating I can give. The doors to the balcony had a very stiff lock and to get the sliding doors open we had to prise the lock with a knife. I did go to reception to ask for assistance but was told someone will come later and nobody attended. Double bed (not 2 single beds put together) was very comfortable so a good plus. The headboard however shows signs of age and is flaking plastic onto the sheets. Kitchenette - double hob top was provided with minimal cutlery and utensils you would just about be able to cook a meal with what’s provided with some improvisation. One of the socket covers had melted and had not been replaced. There is a kettle but it doesn’t have an auto shutoff you have to turn off once boiling point is reached and be careful because it also sparks. The fridge is adequate but quite yellow due to age but it keeps things cold. Bathroom Lovely shower but as with all walk-in showers water goes everywhere can’t be helped. The toilet flush was stuck and hard to use on occasions Aircon was okay for us but we went in May not sure how this would fair in hotter months. The room comes with its set of rules (please see photo) Overall the room was basic, and rating of adequate. Breakfast We paid for Bed & Breakfast basis and I can only say that this was disappointing. We went for breakfast once on the first and last day. First day there were no hot food options, apart from toast. There was Greek yoghurt and the fruit selection was tinned peaches. There was continental ham, cheese and cucumber but that was about it alongside cereal that could have been sitting in the containers for ages who knows. Tea and coffee machine had to be switched on and off again to reboot which I can only imagine in high season could be an issue. The last day as the hotel was busier there were hot food options but very minimal beans, sausages and toast (jams marmalade and butter) and then continental breakfast was available. Again for the price we paid for this trip I can only mark this as adequate. The dining breakfast experience wasn’t particularly welcoming no good mornings there wasn’t a great vibe at all sorry. Pool area This is very nice with comfy sun beds and the pool looked very nice we chose to spend our days at the beach and didn’t use these facilities. Cleanliness of rooms We had our sheets changed once when we stayed which sufficed for us but this also was the case with the towels and bath mats and if your mopping up the floor from the shower perhaps look into doing the floor mats more often as they did start to smell. The room was cleaned once a day which it was a literal wipe down very basic clean, the sides weren’t wiped down but the bins were emptied daily WI-FI - had no problems with and was included. Overall if you get a bargain price for a weeks stay then you can’t complain but if I had paid top dollar for this experience I would be fuming
