We have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We had never been to an all-inclusive resort or to Corfu before, but this stay exceeded all our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views across the bay to the mountains of Albania. We stayed in a gorgeous bungalow which was very clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. The bay itself is stunning, with clear, calm waters. It was a little chilly to swim in April, but still refreshing! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach and also took the water taxi into Corfu Town, which was well worth a visit. We really enjoyed the quality and variety of the food and drinks. We booked in advance and dined at the Asia restaurant and the lovely Il Gattopardo Bar Restaurant, both of which were excellent. There are so many lovely things to mention, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. From speaking to Elizaveta before we arrived, to the front desk team including Chrisanthi, our lovely Spanish lady, and Angela — everyone was so welcoming. So many staff were wonderful, from the hostesses in the buffet restaurant to the housekeepers, but we would especially like to mention Adonis, Asimina, Erbi, Aggelos, Kristine, Dimitri, Nikos and Roila. They really helped make our stay perfect. Thank you for making our anniversary so special and memorable. We loved the cake and champagne! We felt thoroughly spoiled! We would absolutely return.

Best Easter we've had in years — and perfect for families Daphnila Bay was the perfect Easter choice. Beautiful setting on the bay, spotless rooms with stunning views, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's exactly the kind of place where you arrive stressed and leave completely refreshed. The hotel's traditional Easter festivities were the highlight of the stay — warm, authentic, and beautifully organized. Nothing felt like a generic hotel production; it genuinely felt like a celebration. For families, this place is outstanding. The kids club kept the children happily entertained, and the outdoor cinema was a magical touch — a real crowd pleaser for both kids and adults alike. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were immaculate and enjoyed by the whole family throughout the day. The wine tasting room was a wonderful discovery for the grown-ups, and the bar is simply excellent — great selection, great atmosphere, and the kind of place you find yourself returning to every evening. Food throughout was fresh, varied, and consistently well done. But what truly sets Daphnila Bay apart is the staff. Exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive — every single person we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. That's rare, and it makes all the difference. Already planning to come back — this has become our Easter tradition.

We recently stayed at Grecotel Daphnila Bay in Corfu, Greece, and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with nice, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. During our stay, we did encounter a few issues with the room. However, these were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff, which really made a difference to our experience. Coming from a background in retail management and customer service, we place a high value on how problems are resolved and in this case, the service was delivered to a very high standard. A special mention must go to Konstantina, who looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay. She ensured that all issues were dealt with promptly and professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. We had initially upgraded our room to better suit the kids’ shower facilities, but due to the inconvenience caused by the issues, the upgrade cost is being refunded, and we were also pleasantly surprised with some complimentary treats. This level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the excellent customer service especially from Konstantina made our stay memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The resort is a mixture of cabins and the main hotel block. There’s free parking on site ( you’ll need a car if you want to visit the island outside of the resort minibus that goes to Corfu town daily) The resort has several à la carte restaurants on site which you can book once each - these can get very busy so make sure to book as soon as you can after arrival. The Italian restaurant has amazing hot stone steaks which was so delicious and fun to do (and great value being included for free) . There’s an app that you can use for booking restaurants and checking in. Unfortunately the online functions didn’t work very well - we were directed to check in via a QR code or the app, but this failed for various reasons for everyone in our party and reception. The online booking system for the restaurants also failed and we had to ask reception to make the bookings for us The staff were fantastic and very friendly - nothing was too much bother for them, though sometimes they were a little busy in the bar in the evenings. The resort has a great deal for families with young children where those under 12 go free. This does mean if you are looking for a quiet luxury resort this may not be the ideal resort for you
