We've just returned from our second family holiday at this hotel. Once again, we had an amazing time with beautiful food and helpful staff. This year we stayed in a bungalow which was cool, kept very clean and had a gorgeous view of the sea while keeping us close to everything we needed. The pool area is nice but does get crowded and hot; we far preferred heading down to the beach where there was always plenty of space and shade. Our daughter was thrilled that the ice cream and crepes were still there this year and definitely took advantage. Food is varied and delicious. We tried some of the a la carte last year but this year stuck to the main buffet. Food is brilliantly cooked and with a good amount of variety without compromising quality. Cocktails were fantastic on the terrace bar and staff were really helpful. The location is stunning and the views across the bay are really beautiful. The only down side were wasps which made eating outside difficult at times, however this is seasonal and regional and there is not a great deal the hotel can do. We are already thinking about returning again next year.

Recently stayed at this resort for a week as a family of 3. After an early start travelling, check in was swift and a cool welcome drink gratefully received. We also received a room upgrade from garden view to sea view which was spectacular to wake up to every morning. The resort is very hilly, our bungalow was situated in the middle of both the main building and the beach. We spent every day at the beach, no sunbed wars as plenty to go around. The pool looked lovely with big sofa type sunbeds but didn't look like a lot of room to manoeuvre to get in the shade when needed. All the food we had was lovely, so much choice at the buffet restaurant. We also tried the Italian, Asian and Greek speciality restaurants. Again, the food was delicious. The only downside was sitting outside to eat as unfortunately Aug and Sept are wasp season and they were everywhere. Once the food appears, they swarm and we sadly had to leave the Greek restaurant as there were just too many around us to fight off. We never ate at the beach for lunch either because of this but this is not something the hotel can control. We did see some smoke things on tables at the Greek but not on every table. There are some cats that like a wander too, sitting next to you at the outside restaurants but they weren't a nuisance. Most seemed quite scared if approached by children. We had a pair of kittens providing us with some playful entertainment while we were at the Greek restaurant! We had a lovely time here and would highly recommend the hotel, the views and the setting are just stunning.

We were a family of 12 with a variety of ages but this hotel accommodated us all with ease! “Not a bad place to stay”

We had a really nice, relaxing stay at this family-friendly hotel. The rooms are a little dated and could definitely benefit from a refresh. We stayed in the main hotel in a sea-view room, which was lovely, but unfortunately the air conditioning was virtually non-existent. The system is very dated and, even when running on the highest setting, made very little difference. Some days were better than others, but on warmer nights it did make sleeping quite uncomfortable. The staff, however, were excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and we really couldn’t fault the service. The main pool area can get very busy and there isn’t a huge amount of space, so after a couple of days we started heading to the beach instead. This actually became our preferred spot, with more space, plenty of shade and only a short walk down to the sea. One thing to be aware of is the beach bar. If you want to eat there during the day or evening, be prepared for plenty of wasps! The staff do their best and use smoke deterrents, but unfortunately they didn’t make a huge difference. The à la carte restaurants were good, with set menus that offered more than enough food. We also ventured over to the Imperial Hotel one evening to eat at Yali, their seafood restaurant. You receive a discount as a guest, although it’s still a little pricey, but we thought it was well worth it. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday. It’s a nice, family-friendly hotel with great staff and a good location. We would visit again, although we’d probably try somewhere else first before returning.
