Was thinking of 2.5, it a bit less than average. We had all inclusive option, stayed for 9 nights. Good point - location. The beach is just across the street and that furniture within the room is a bit more modern. Staff - some of them are amazing and really helpful! The receptionists, hotel manager and Markus! I'd give them 5 stars. The rooms are clean! The cleaning lady was amazing. Now, we got a double room instead of twin room. We specifically asked for two separate beds. I asked the reception straight away for a change, but we had to wait for 3 nights to get such room. The first room we got was tiny and poorly furnished (small double bed, mini fridge, small wardrobe, two bed tables and a TV + bathroom) and we felt terrible in there! Plus, the bed was tiny and we couldn't get a good sleep. With our neighbours, we had a common locked door through which we could hear everything. We saw a mouse and the air condition from the balcony above was dripping on our balcony so we couldn't even leave our towels to dry. Once we got moved to twin room, it was different. The room had more furniture (In both, the wardrobe was really small, but we got additionally a desk, a chair and coffee table). We also got bigger room and balcony and it didn't feel so claustrophobic any more. The bathroom is super awkward. The shower doesn't have any glass or material to be separated from the rest of the bathroom so everything gets wet. You don't have a space for your towels and very limited space for any cosmetics. Food - quite poor. Not very tasty, sometimes not fresh (we found stale tomatoes). During the breakfasts, the eggs got overdone and not edible. Food not marked as vegetarian. The chef offered me fish as vegetarian food. Other staff- either doesn't speak English, or can be sometimes unpleasant. Very often, they do not smile. Very loud music! Starting around breakfast and it's there till late night. Where you eat, where you swim, at your balcony. You hear it everywhere. You cannot hear your thoughts. I wouldn't come back there unless they would offer bed only option (a really cheap one though) and would stay there due to location only.

Room was OK, a bit basic but with the price we expected that, what we did not expect, was that there was 'No Hot Water' in either the Taps or the Shower, the only day we had a Hot Shower was on the Sunday we left. The Staff were very helpful and freindly and the Food was reasonable for the price.. … more

Room was OK, a bit basic but with the price we expected that, what we did not expect, was that there was 'No Hot Water' in either the Taps or the Shower, the only day we had a Hot Shower was on the Sunday we left. The Staff were very helpful and freindly and the Food was reasonable for the price.. Will visit Agios Sostis again but will stay at a different hotel

We had an one week stay in this hotel in September. We saw before the photos on internet, and then we decided to book the stay. Unfortunately was that not the same in real. Especially the bathroom was really terrible. We asked about the room change, but was not possible. The stuff at the reception was unhelpful. The hotel manager as well. He knew about our problem, but he didn't make anything to make us happy or loose the problem. The same we've heard from the other guests. The other stuff, especially in restaurant and at the pool bar were very kind and they made our time really better. The food was good as well, pool area really pretty. The possibilities near the hotel were good as well. We would not recommend this hotel for another only because of the rooms and the reception's stuff (with the manager)
