Just returned from a 7 day all inclusive family holiday. Overall we had a really good time. Positives: lots of different pools to chose from! Our 3 year old was able to go in a different pool most days. Splash park was fab. Fun park was a nice bonus (around 10euros to enter) but the staff there was so friendly especially Sona, she made such an effort with our daughter Negatives: We ended up eating out (although we paid for all inclusive) due to the repetitive food choices but overall the food wasn't too bad. The drinks were cheap drinks which was disappointing but we brought our own drinks from the shop and didn't let it ruin the holiday Now my biggest Negative was one lady on reception she was awful to my 70 year old Dad. My Dad wanted to book an island tour day trip but he can't use technology and couldn't book through the app therefore, he wanted to book it through the Jet2 Rep. He went to the Jet2 board to see what time the Rep was visiting the hotel that day but the time was not on there so he went to reception and asked the Lady if she knew what time the Jet2 Rep was coming that day. The woman on reception actually shouted at him and told him to go away and look at the board. My 70 year old dad is a quiet person, who never complains and only asked a simple question. This really upset me as there were no need for her to be so nasty and shout. He never ended up booking the island tour. Apart from her all other staff was nice and friendly but due to how the receptionist treated my dad we would not return

Been here with my family for the second time. We are so delighted after a week here, totally we'll think about hitting this place for the third time. You'll find here an awesone staff that is always helpfull and supporive. Location includes numerous swimming pools for different audience - from kids to grown ups. Water park, activities, nearby beach - you wont be bored. You can enjoy everything till the very last moment till a taxi takes you to a nearby (10min ride) airport. Totally reccomended!

“A great holiday all round, lovely hotel”

We went as a family of 4, kids aged 4 and 6months. Please don’t get fixated on the bad reviews, we panicked after booking seeing all the bad reviews. If you go expecting 5*, you will be disappointed. We went as a family of 4, kids aged 4 and 6months. Please don’t get fixated on the bad reviews, we panicked after booking seeing all the bad reviews. If you go expecting 5*, you will be disappointed. I would say this is a 3*+. Grounds: Well maintained, gardens all lovely, clean and tidy all round. Plenty of ramp access for prams, so it’s very accessible. Staff are on the go all the time cleaning tables etc Rooms: Rooms were spacious and reasonably modern (we were in M103), we had a fridge and kettle. Beds were on the firm side, but we didn’t have a problem sleeping. The pillow were thick and hard and so I requested on the app for thinner pillows and within the hour, they were in our room. The bath plug was too small to seal the bath, reported on the app and within half hour, it was sorted. It’s €15 for the week to hire the safe, they will come and unlock it and let you set your own code. I must mention the AC. It’s an odd set up. The rooms are split with a sliding dividing door. So if you need to close the door, there will only be AC in the main room. For us with a baby, we needed to close it, to not wake our 4 year old in the night. We got around it by leaving it open to cool down, and then leaving it ajar a bit, and hoped the baby didn’t wake her up. It would have been better to have AC in both rooms, but we got by. Food: This is where I’m really confused, this place has been slated for the food. We found nothing wrong with it, yes they serve some of the same things each day, and if you’re the sort of person who likes to pile your plate with everything, it will get repetitive quickly. They have manned stations that have different food each day. For the kids, there is the usual. Loads of fresh fruit, desserts and drinks are all self service. Once again, if you’re expecting 5* food, you will be disappointed but there is a good variety and the quality is reasonable. We booked into the Italian one night and after an hour walked out. Service is very slow. Starter plates were sat in the table for over half an hour, staff were just wandering about. After we left, I was asked why, I explained and I was told, “they run a line”. It feels like they have 1 chef sending meals out one at a time. No drink refills in the hour we were there too. What I will say is the food that we did have was very good and I think the restaurant has potential if they can improve on the service and speed. Ice cream is available at the wave bar and is very good. Waterpark: This is where you see the value in the hotel. It’s not a massive waterpark but kept our 4 year old very happy. There is a wave pool, quite big splash park with its own slides of varying height for the little ones. A lazy river and 7 big slides. Some of these open on rotation but there are some always operating. No big queues and kids and adults alike seem to love them. Staff were happy for me to go first and catch my 4 year old at the bottom. For context the big slides have a pool depth of 1.2m so if you have smaller kids, there is no issue them using the slides, you can just get them at the bottom. Life guards are all around and very attentive, they interacted with my 4 year old all week which absolutely made it for her. Wave pool operates just after the hour every hour and was great fun. It’s open 10:30am - 5pm. Loads of beds and a nice shaded bed area. Pools: There are quite a few pools, shallow kids ones with sprinklers that are 40cm deep and the main pools are 1.2m - 1.6m deep. We didn’t struggle to get beds around the pools. As usual you get the sunbed people who rush out to reserve them early doors, but there is enough to go round. If you want a specific location, you will need to become of those people. A word of warning, the pools do become slippery at the edge, and the ground will get red hot so take your footwear to the pool. Staff: All the staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough to help us out. The kids club is great for escaping the heat and it had quite a bit for them to do. I stayed with my daughter, but you can leave them should you wish to, you just need to leave your contact details. Room service, nothing but lovely, room refreshed daily with regular fresh towels and bedding. The staff made this holiday better. My only niggle was the bellboy who helped us with 1 suitcase and stood there waiting for a tip. I would always tip them but standing there like he did was a bit rude. Location: Couldn’t ask for a better location. You’re right on the main strip, loads of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. 1 mile walk to the beach. 10-15min in a car to Laganas, and 5-10min from the airport. You will get planes taking off and landing, but the kids love seeing them. Bars: 3 bars we used, wave bar by the pool, bikini bar near our block and the main bar near reception. I would strongly recommend taking a drinks flask, I had a ninja thirsti and the bar staff will happily fill it up for you. The standard cups are plastic and small. Entertainment: Didn’t really do much during the day as we spent our time in the waterpark or exploring. On a night, kids club was 8:15pm and the usual stuff, kids loved it. There is like a fun fair attached to the hotel which is payable. The bouncy castles are €10 for the night, unlimited use. We also used the bungee trampoline which is €5 for 10min but we’re often much longer when quiet. There are arcades and loads of stuff to keep the kids entertained. Entertainment goes on till about 11pm. Things we did: We got the land train to Zante town which was €19 return from kalamaki, just outside the hotel. He told our daughter she was 3 on that day so mummy and daddy didn’t have to pay for her. We went to the little farm by taxi which was lovely and then explored Laganas. We experienced Greek McDonald’s which was great and the staff were fantastic! We ate out at pandesia which I 100% recommend. They are great with the kids, but book as it gets very busy. The lamb kelftiko was beautiful. We also visited the cat cafe in kalamaki which if you a cat lover, it’s a must. The food is incredible too. On the whole, the Greek people are lovely and really engage with the kids which made this holiday lovely for us. We have absolutely no regrets about booking this holiday and would return. This is definitely more of a 3* plus hotel than a 4* but absolutely perfect for the kids and a great base for exploring the island.

We visited as day guests €36 for 2 adults out 3YO was free, the pools are clean and well looked after there is a large under cover sun bed area, the sun beds round the pool are highly sort after so if you want it get there early ! But there are plenty so no need to fight, the slides are used in seq… more

Lots of life guards on duty The wave pool when on lasts about 20 mins Good order for day guests it odd but it can be done and is decent for what it costs Take change for rides outside the park
