Fantastic hotel and excellent service We stayed at this resort and found it to be fantastic. We were a family of five: two adults and three children aged 16, 12 and 7. **Transfer and check-in** Firstly, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was only about 10 minutes, and we travelled in a lovely air-conditioned bus. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us download the hotel app. Once you sign in, you have access to the entertainment timetable, can leave reviews, ask for assistance, request a wake-up call or order a taxi. You can also book à la carte reservations at the two on-site restaurants: a la carte is Italian and the Og's is a burger restaurant. The app also allows you to view the snack bar menu and the opening times for the main restaurant, Greek restaurant and drinks bars. **Food and drinks** The food in the main restaurant was beautifully presented and always hot and fresh. You could see the staff replacing anything that was running low with fresh food. The chicken in gravy and chicken sweet and sour were particularly tasty. My partner used the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always happy with what he ate. My children and I used both the main restaurant and the snack bar. The snack bar had a good selection of hot and cold food. Hot options included hot dogs, chips, pizza, burgers, fish fingers and chicken nuggets. They also served gyros on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, which were very popular. The cold options included pasta salad, fruit salad, salad and a selection of sandwiches. The drinks bar offered a good selection of drinks for everyone, and my children loved the ice cream bar. We booked a table at the a la carte Italian restaurant which had very tasty food and fantastic service this is located above the supermarket. **Staff and housekeeping** The staff at the hotel were very friendly and worked extremely hard. They were always busy and stayed on top of everything. The cleaners came daily to provide fresh towels, empty the bins, change the bedding and make sure the cups and glasses were clean. **Our room** We stayed in a duplex room, which had a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, with two beds pushed together upstairs. You also have a balcony on both the ground and upper floor. There were two TVs, which could connect to your own Netflix and YouTube accounts — something my children really enjoyed using. The bathroom was clean and had a shower, but there was no lock on the door. This is just my personal preference, as I prefer a bathroom with a lock and a door that fits the space properly. There was approximately a 2-inch gap around the door, which meant you could potentially see someone sitting on the toilet. We simply made sure that when someone was using the toilet, we stayed in the bedroom until they were finished. There was a fridge in the passageway with a small freezer section, and a kettle above it, which was perfect for making a nice cup of tea in the morning. **Pools and location within the resort** The pools were beautiful and clean. We stayed in Block B, which was perfect as it was in the centre of everything, including reception, the pool bar, ice cream bar, main restaurant and Greek restaurant. We had a large pool with a jacuzzi. One end had a depth of 160 cm, with the other side being shallower. There was also a water polo pool and a toddler pool. Just a short walk around the corner was the snack bar, games room and main stage. There was also a large play area for children with bouncy castles and small rides available in the evening. These were an additional cost, and there was a booth where you could buy tickets. The games room had a pool table, air hockey and other games, which were also available at an additional cost. Next to this, you will find the entrance to the water park, which was amazing. There were lots of slides and a wave pool, which we all loved. There were plenty of seating areas, and we always seemed to find sun loungers whenever we visited, which was great. **Local area and beach** The main strip had lots of shops, restaurants, excursions and taxis and was only a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away. You can hire sun loungers and a parasol for €20. You simply sit down, and a man will walk along the beach to collect payment. It is best to have cash available; otherwise, they will need to return with their card payment device. The water and beach were stunning, and you could also see the aeroplanes flying overhead as they landed and took off. **Activities and excursions** We booked a speedboat with Zante Sun Travel, which we found on the strip. It cost €140 for the five of us and was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. They picked us up from and dropped us back off at our hotel. This was one of the best days we had, we went at 5:30pm until 8:30pm which was a great time of day to go. We took our own drinks and snacks and put them in the cool box provided by them. The only downside was not being unable to connect to the speakers on the boat to play our own music. My sons also went go-karting, which they booked on the strip. They picked them up from the office and dropped them back off when they had finished. It was a great service and not too expensive. They had a large course, and you could book 10-minute sessions and pay for as many as you wanted. We ate out on the strip at The Rose and Crown, an English pub with great food and service. They had a free pool table, which the boys loved playing on. My daughter and I also ate at the Bullhorn restaurant and Hamsa restaurant, which were lovely, and the food was great. **Overall** We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel to everyone. It has a great location, fantastic staff, excellent service, tasty food and spotless facilities. They even have a supermarket on site, which has everything you could need. We would definitely return!
