We stayed at this hotel at the end of the season, as such the food and drinks available were slightly more limited. The room was modern, just on the smaller side, but we were only there for one night so was perfectly OK. If we were there for a few days, it may have been an issue. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, especially the barman and the reception staff. The pools were definitely not the cleanest, you could see the dirt on the bottom and around the sides. If the pools were maintained better this hotel could be very good. Very nicely decorated hotel. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and our stay.

I and my family have just returned from a week away at this resort. The resort is located near to Laganas beach. The hotel itself is very modern and has a luxurious feel to it however at night whilst trying to sleep you can hear everything so I would advise to bring some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. When we got to the hotel we had to pay the tourist tax which is 10 euros per day per room which we were aware of. The food and bar is located on the opposite side of the road to the main hotel. There was around eight options of main meals at all servings along with fresh salad, fruit, desserts ect... the food was nice however we did find that on a couple of occasions the rice was undercooked. The bar offers a good range of drinks / cocktails that are included in all inclusive. The staff were all friendly. The only slight issues we had were that if you want to use a sun lounger on the beachfront of the hotel it will cost you 10 euros per sunbed per day.. you could use the ones by the pool which were exactly the same for free. The other slight issue we had was we had an evening flight. You are asked to vacate your room by 10am.. when you hand your card into the reception we were then told that our all inclusive had ended and had to pay an additional 10 euros per person to continue the all inclusive which we thought was a bit mean as we didnt arrive until the evening on arrival. There are some really nice bars along the beach we ate at which are great value and quality if you get bored of the food in the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is only 1 bar for all-inclusive drinks. The other bar is not inclusive and is the other bar next to the main pool. Unfortunately, there is only 1 bar for all-inclusive drinks. The other bar is not inclusive and is the other bar next to the main pool. The all-inclusive bar is across a small road as the hotel is split in two. Even in September, we unfortunately struggled to get sunbeds as there are not enough around both pools. There were very limited cocktails on the drinks menu, and they were pretty poor, to be honest. When going to the all-inclusive bar for alcoholic drinks in the evening, depending who was serving, we kept receiving incorrect drinks, so be aware. The local brands of spirits are poor. They use very small plastic cups to be used around the pool areas, meaning you are back and forth to keep getting refreshments. Most of the staff were fantastic apart from the Bar Manager who was very arrogant and cocky. He was also very unprofessional in the way he talked inappropriately and down to some of the other staff in front of customers. All of the staff worked very hard. The staff who worked on the chargeable bar/snack bar were also very friendly and helpful. Samuel is a credit to the hotel and was especially hard working and helpful and Samuel really is great with the customers. We were unsure why it is called Gardelli Resort when, in fact, it is not a resort. There are no spa facilities which was disappointing. The air conditioning was very poor in our room. Our room was not cleaned as regularly as stated. The towels and bedding were not changed regularly either. The rooms are modern and the beds were comfortable though thankfully. The fridge in our room did not work very well. When booking any trips, a handy tip is to go into the town and book your own rather than using the rep or travel agent, much cheaper elsewhere.
