Me and 5 other girls stayed here for our girls holiday this summer, we weren’t expecting the best as we had seen the reviews , and we did all have to pay a £50 deposit as reviews say but we did get 200 euros out of the 300 euro deposit we payed back. They do specify when you get there reasons as to why you may not get a deposit back (in our case we brought friends back the hotel on two occasions which meant two deposits got taken) and i personally think the reasons are valid. Some of the rules are stricter compared to other hotels, so i understand why things like jumping in the pool after hours ect… can be annoying reasons to lose £50 however especially on girls/lads holidays, these kind of things can be expected as it’s easy money for businesses. We had friends in other hotels close by and they all had the same rules. In terms of the room, i think they’re in the process of being modernised as our room was quite older fashioned however the rooms on the block next to us looked alot more modern?! The rooms are not the cleanest but definitely not as bad as some reviews are claiming (in our experience anyway). The cleaners do come often and bedsheets and towels were changed regularly. The pool and sunbeds was a nice area, it was clean and a nice area to chill. No complaints really about our rooms or the pool area other than we weren’t allowed to take our water from the room to the pool cause it was bought elsewhere. Air con was an additional cost too, 10 euros a day per room, but again i’ve experienced this in many other hotels i’ve stayed in before , and when your paying a cheap price to stay here, things like that i personally do expect to pay for. As a whole, i would recommend for a girls/lads holiday , maybe not a family holiday as it is located pretty much at the top of the strip (another bonus for us) and there are also some nice food locations near by. The receptionist we found was lovely , we genuinely had a good experience here.

“Good stay”

Based on previous reviews , we were dreading our group of 13 ,18 year old lads going . However thought I’d write a review on behalf of them . They all had a blast and had no issues regarding the deposits being returned. Had no run ins with any of the staff .
