“Food is a no go!”

Location is perfect, hotel is clean and the b ar staff work hard! The snack bar isn't great everything is so dry. The pool is great, we was at the smaller pool as couldn't get a sunbed at the big pool for the whole 10 days. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all not good at all. 7 of us for 10 days mostly living on chips and watermelon. The desserts are so disappointing hardly any to choose from. Zante is great but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again everything else is great but we were all starving.

“A fair hotel for the half price we got.”

We stayed as a couple and booked a late deal, paying about half the usual price. At that rate we were happy, but we would have been disappointed if we had paid full price. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. Staff were friendly and hardworking, especially the bar, cleaning and dining staff. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and only a 10-minute walk from the Laganas strip, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good but lacked variety, while lunch and dinner were often cold, bland and repetitive, so we ate out most evenings. The cocktails were enjoyable and generously made, although the local soft drinks, beer and wine were disappointing. The pool area was clean and well maintained, but finding a sunbed could be difficult because many were reserved with towels early in the morning. Entertainment was friendly but quite loud and ran late, making it less suitable for children. The noise levels run quite high up to about midnight and the rooms aren’t very soundproof, it seemed to us that a lot of groups of 18 year olds use this hotel as somewhere to stay while getting drunk every night, which is fine but can be so noisy when they leave/ return. Overall, we would stay again, but probably on a self-catering basis. The hotel offers good amenities and a great location, but the food and drinks need improvement and we don't feel it offers good value at full price.

Hotel is a good base for seeing the island and that is about it. We booked a week here for a family of 6, 2 adults and 2 teens and 2 infants across 2 rooms. When we came to check in, we did not get allocated the adjoining rooms we had paid for instead we were given rooms 202 and 228 which are opposite sides of the hotel. The member of reception did quickly sort us out rooms next to each other but there were no adjoining rooms left, and we was made to feel as though they had gone out of their way to do this for us. Anyway. Rooms are clean and basic. Daily tourist tax payable upon arrival which we knew about. Wifi chargeable €15 euro per room per week, shockingly bad. €3 or €5 per day for safe and same again for air con (apologies, I can't remember exactly) Pools, ok, seemed clean and a little cold at first. The baby pool surrounding did have a string smell of pee. Sunloungers. Usual. Seem to have all gone at crack of dawn and hardly anyone is seen using them. Towels just left unattended on most beds all day. Breakfast. Cereals, selection of bread, hot food exactly the same everyday. Bacon, sausage, omelette, eggs and beans. Some days tinned mushrooms. Lunch, only about 1 meat option like a goulash and then potatoes, mixed veg and pasta and a separate sauce. Dinner. Same as lunch. Only difference is there "cooking show" is a man cooking chicken breast, plain, every single night. Not exactly a show or exciting or different. Just chicken. Desserts consist of about 3 local made cakes and a jelly and ice cream. Please be aware that it is extremely busy, even if you are one of the first in the dining room. They soon run out of food and it doesn't get replenished. This happened most nights by 7.30pm. Literally out of that particular dish. And thats it. Drinks. At lunch and tea you can pour your own wine and beer. Cocktails, ok. By pool bar all day drinks are served in small plastic cups. Snack bar. Consists of pizza, burgers, hot dogs and ice cream. Cake between 4 and 5, but that soon runs out pretty quickly. Location. On the beach, great view if your lucky enough to get a sea view room. If not its literally a stones throw from the pool. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk to kalamaki and about 5 to 10 to the start of the laganas strip. Plenty of decent beach side bars along the front. It's definitely a decent base for being close to the night life and also far enough away for it not to disturb your stay. In my opinion this hotel would benefit from being a bed and breakfast. The location is good and if it wasn't an all inclusive they could put more effort in to making it a better breakfast time. Although, it seems there is more guests at peak times that what the hotel can actually accommodate for. I wouldn't want to visit with my family in the summer season as it would just end up being too stressful.
