“Will definitely return”

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

Just returned from a stay here, first time to Zante Airport arrivals was not the best welcome ever had took 2 hours from landing to leaving Airport so I am put off returning for this, hotel on arrival has lots of stairs, no bell boys and no lift working so after travelling for hours and arriving late at night missing out on our evening meal and nearly grabbing a drink was hard carrying suitcase up the stairs, first impressions of room were good we had a private pool and so pleased with this however note the privacy screens that were in place when I booked the holiday are no longer there so if you have neighbours you are on top of each other so hardly giving a private atmosphere, Food is reasonable choice but boy it is not HOT at all, luke warm at the least and it is much the same every day, pasta, pizza and chips and the breakfast is exactly the same each day, we did venture out few times to try proper greek cuisine and that was nice. Nothing at hotel on night time so very boring we had to go out most nights found "The Pub" which has live singers on 6 days a week and so glad we found this place, we walked to Cameo Island and Kalamaki which was good and hired a quad and travelled to Zante town and Banana Beach, so worth it, overall enjoyed the 7 day break but could not come here for longer or again as you are left hanging around on last day when have to check out at 11am and no offering of a late check out, although the 2 rooms next to ours had no body in them so they were not fully booked! I was happy to pay for late checkout but still no so 7 hours of wasted last day

“Not quite the experience I was expecting”

The location is great, walking distance from a few markets, restaurants and the beach. The hotel itself is branded as a 4-star hotel however, we did not quite experience this during our stay. We had a room with the private pool. Housekeeping was good and on the ball but the condition of the room itself was underwhelming. The TV wasn't working, the toilet seat was half falling off, the bath tub faucet was also falling off and there was occasionally a foul smell coming up the bathroom drains. We could hear water/pipe noises through the night (assumed to be when neighbouring rooms flush their toilets), just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. The hotel has a couple of cats roaming around (which is also useful to know if you aren't a fan of cats). The bar staff and some of the restaurant staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Restaurant meals were not necessarily what you would expect from a 4-star hotel however, there was a fair variety of meals available daily. The hotel was not terrible however, I do feel as if what you see in the ads and pictures is not necessarily what you get.
