Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The place was always clean, and the food selection was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the two animators, Sophie and Timi, who made our holiday truly unforgettable. The daytime activities with Timi, like aqua zumba, football darts, and other games, were always fun and well-organized she made sure everyone felt included and enjoyed themselves. Sophie has a fantastic singing voice, and together they hosted the evening shows in a lively and entertaining way. They both created a great atmosphere without ever being intrusive, and you could tell they put real thought and effort into their work. We had such a good time thanks to them they really made our stay special!

Our first impressions of Tsilivi Beach Hotel were great, the lady at reception who checked us in was lovely and very welcoming. We was lucky to have our rooms ready when we arrived at about 12:30pm which was way before our check in time which meant we didn’t have to wait around. The room was a decent size, and it was really clean. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow. The pool area is lovely, the pink flowers along the balcony’s really add to the aesthetic of the hotel, however, we think this may be the reason the for number of flies and wasps which bother you all day. You couldn’t relax with a cocktail in the sun for this reason. The hotel overall is very well maintained and clean, and the staff are all happy. The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm. The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat. The restaurant was also very clean. The location is great, lots of shops around the hotel and right on the beach. There is a lovely view point about 15 minutes walk out of the hotel to watch the sun set and has amazing views of Laganas and Turtle island, i definitely recommend the walk up there, just be aware it is relatively steep. We hired a car for a day from the lady who comes into the hotel which was also great and a decent price. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Tsilivi Beach resort, it was perfect for what we needed and it was definitely great value for money. I would recommend this hotel, and I would love to return.

Location was really nice, right on the beach. Beautiful views. The room was nice at first glace but wardrobe was damp so unusable and shower heads were not very clean so struggled to shower. Location was really nice, right on the beach. Beautiful views. The room was nice at first glace but wardrobe was damp so unusable and shower heads were not very clean so struggled to shower. The water goes between boiling hot and freezing cold. It it cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed so cant fault that. Noise was abit of an issue because of the gap under the room door. If anyone leaves their balcony door open or has the air con on, the doors bang all night. People are also very inconsiderate when getting back from a night out and scream and shout. The drink range was horrific. There was 1 draft beer which was flat and watery. The 5 cocktails on offer were poor. Very watery. The food range wasn't great either. Especially for kids and people with dietary requirements. Ate out most days costing a small fortune after paying for all inclusive. Pool was freezing cold and the 'no reserving sunbeds until 9am' rule wasn't managed so if you didn't wake up at the crack of dawn, you wouldn't get one in the sun. The food offered at the snack bar was limited to pizza an chips everyday, which after 10 days, go very samey. The restaurant was a free for all as well. If you didn't get there for 7pm, you would be waiting for a seat and hot food. The self serve drinks didn't work well either. Didn't have lot of interaction with the staff other than check in and the bar/snack bar staff. They were ok but could do with smiling every now and again. The friendliest staff I came across were the cleaners. The evening entertainment, was rubbish. Hardly anything to do which resulted in us eating and going straight back to our room or browsing around the shops. Couldn't use the TV in the room as it said 'licence fee not paid', Netflix wouldn't work and neither would YouTube. WIFI wasn't reliable either. Overall, the hotel wasn't the worst in the world and was quite comfortable. My advised would be don't go all inclusive.
