Just back from our fifth stay at this glorious hotel. Could not fault our stay again, the food is excellent as is the service but it’s always the staff that make it so special. The rooms are spotless and well thought out with lots of storage. A special mention to the lovely Maria, Guest Service Manager, she is wonderful. Thanasis who greeted us every mealtime. To Orsi and Enis in the Skybar for amazing service and cocktails and to Savvas too who always stopped to chat. We tried Blue Bay for the first time and it was excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel and the Residences. Definitely our happy place ❤️🇬🇷🧿

We have been staying here for the last week, this is our second visit. The hotel is the best ever, from the moment we arrived all the staff were so friendly, nothing too much trouble. We had a swim-up room which was amazing (3018) with our own terrace, sunbeds, table & chairs. The buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is exceptional with so much choice. Service in the restaurants and bars was very good indeed. The hotel beach is beautiful and very popular with plenty of sunbeds. Very good evening entertainment held on the stage outside near the pools. We will definitely return to this hotel without doubt.

I recently stayed in room 105 at Atlantica Imperial Resort, booking an Imperial swim-up junior suite with red carpet service, sea view, and a ground terrace on an All Inclusive basis. This adults-only hotel boasts a fantastic beachfront location, the pool areas are incredibly beautiful, and the food in the buffet and the restaurant was of very high quality. The welcome upon arrival was warm and professional. However, it was a disappointment that the welcome drink option offered only contained alcohol – at a 5-star hotel, it should be a given to also provide a well-thought-out, non-alcoholic option. Despite booking a high-tier room with premium service, no one offered or came to transport our bags when we were leaving, leaving us to handle it entirely ourselves. The biggest downside during the holiday – especially in the Greek summer heat – was the lack of easily accessible water stations. Even with the premium red carpet service and All Inclusive, it feels very impractical to have to walk long distances from our swim-up suite every time you want to refill your water bottle. Not having water stations placed near significantly reduces convenience. A staff member walked around the sun loungers twice during the morning when it was still shaded and absolutely no one was lying there, instead of offering service when guests were actually present later in the day. An otherwise luxurious experience that falls short on these specific details!
