Private pool area is very compact but during my stay there was room enough for all who wanted to stay at the pool. Restaurant Esan was top quality as a gourment place.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and super accommodating. The hotel was in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach just under a 2 minute walk away. I booked the loft room with a private pool and it was excellent. The pool was always clean and comfortable to use in private. Due to the season and winds sometimes flies would attract to the pool - staff were helpful enough to remove them. Breakfast was served in a buffet form and was absolutely delicious every day! My absolute favourite part was the spa - it was divine. I highly recommend this hotel and the spa services. Will definitely miss it and look to revisit in the future. Some recommendations: - Black curtains or shutter curtains as the room is quite light even at night due to the street and outdoor lights. - The outside barrier between the two rooms to make the outdoor space private needs more covering as there is gaps between the straw which means that your neighbours can see you whilst on the outdoor bed. And there is a huge gap on the right hand side between the wall and the straw barrier again meaning people can see. - Have an option where you can opt out of cleaning especially if only staying for a short while as the cleaners sometimes would just walk in.

We stayed here for ten nights in August and really enjoyed it here. The hotel itself is very nice with nice decor. The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything is on your doorstep. Lots of shops as well as lots and lots of restaurants. The food at this hotel was amazing! The lunch menu was really good and everything we had was extremely tasty. Portions were massive as well so we often shared at lunch. The hotel has a dinner restaurant which is also open to the public. Really top quality food there as well so definitely worth a meal there one night. Breakfast was good. A large range of items to choose from and you could also order eggs fresh. The rooms themselves were slightly impractical as I feel they have gone for the look more. The rooms look very nice but the sink was in the bedroom with a separate toilet room and shower was also in the bedroom. This meant a lot of water went over the bedroom floor as it leaked from the shower. However, not a massive issue and was fine. Not much storage space but we didn’t mind as we tend to keep our clothes in our suitcases and just hang a few things up. We had a private pool room which we loved. The pool was way bigger than what we saw in the pictures and spent a lot of time in there. It also had a little seating area as well. We went in August and the sun was on the private pool area from morning until about 1:30pm so the sun lounger area was in the shade for most of the afternoon but we didn’t mind that. We didn’t use the main pool but whenever we went near for lunch it was busy but always had a couple of beds available. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the cleaning. The cleaners did come in each day but it was more just a quick bed change and give you towels so by the end of the holiday the room was feeling a little dirty. We also had to leave our bathroom bin out by the door to make sure it got emptied otherwise it wasn’t done. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in where the cleaning has been immaculate and room has been feeling so fresh each day this was definitely different and not as good. If you wanted fresh towels for sunbathing / the pool you needed to pay a €20 deposit and you got towels each day. But you do get this deposit back at the end. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back again. Friendly staff, great food and lovely private pool option.

“Rooms are tiny”

The hotel was very clean, maid service everyday, the staff were super helpful and friendly. However, we thought we paid quite a lot for our holiday and I understand it is a 4* adults only hotel however our rooms were absolutely tiny. No space for anything, my partner had to live out of his suitcase… more

The hotel was very clean, maid service everyday, the staff were super helpful and friendly. However, we thought we paid quite a lot for our holiday and I understand it is a 4* adults only hotel however our rooms were absolutely tiny. No space for anything, my partner had to live out of his suitcase. You walk in and there is just a cubicle next to the door with a toilet in then the actual sink is opposite the bed. Then right next to the bed is a shower, just not practical and for the price you expect more space. If you’re only going for a few nights it’s perfect but if you’re going for a week or longer get a bigger room or go elsewhere.
