The hotel is great, offering lots of activities. Sam is especially great. He's funny, takes care of the participants, and organizes their time very well. He runs water polo every day, which is the most entertaining. The fun is great, and everyone enjoys it. Sam really deserves a special mention.

All the staff from the cleaners, kitchen staff and animation team work there socks off from morning till night.To top it off the entertainment team especially Ferro and Billy are great with the kids and enjoyed smashing Ferro at table tennis daily

“Family of 10”

As a family of 10 we spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Arrived at around 9pm in the evening, signs not clear as to where reception was. As a family of 10 we spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Arrived at around 9pm in the evening, signs not clear as to where reception was. Reception staff friendly and told us to go and get some food before they shut (also left us a little food package in our fridge) this was the only time most of us ate the AI in the evening (food not great). We were then told how to get to our rooms which were in block 800, a little walk away from the main resort but room was clean and air con was lovely but very noisy. We had clean towels every other day and the room was swept and mopped. However the shower wasn't cleaned the whole of the 2 weeks and bedding wasn't changed too often. The first day we came down at 830 as was told no towels down before 10, at this time all sunbeds were taken. There are not enough beds especially in peak season. From then on we had to get up early to secure beds for our large family. If you were not sat on your towel or had someone sat watching your towels they do come around and remove them. Pools were OK but felt like there was lots of grime under your feet. During a game of water polo my mum (on a sun lounger) was actually hit in the face which resulted in broken glasses and 2 cuts to the face, maybe that game isnt the best where the nets are situated. Breakfast- shocking. There was 1 toaster for the whole restaurant. This then broke after 1 week so then it wasn't replaced. The saving grace for this place is the snack bar where you can get gyros pizza burgers etc. The guys serving those were lovely. Ragu on the bar lovely guy very friendly. Entertainment team good with the children although entertainment repetitive. Bars and restaurants around a 15 minute walk away. Peacocks and cats freely roam the area which you do get used to. All in all I would not say this is a 4* hotel, we wouldn't come back mainly because of the food, we did enjoy our time together as a family and thank all the staff for their hard work.
