Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend had the most amazing time. All the staff were lovely, the reception staff were very helpful and helped us book taxis and answered any questions. The restaurant staff were also lovely and food was amazing they even delivered it to your sun bed by the pool. The rooms were cleaned everyday and bedding/ towels changed every 2 days and the cleaning staff also very friendly. The pool area was always clean and a nice environment we loved the music played by the pool which created a nice vibe. Check out was at 11am which we liked as it gave us enough time to get ready with no rush. There were showers and toliets by the pool to get ready in if you have a late flight. The location was about a 20 min walk from the strip (€10 taxi) which we didn’t find too bad of a walk at night but in the day it was very hot, there are electric scooters by the hotel which only cost €2-3 to get to the strip we used these very regularly when we didn't want to walk it took about 3-4 mins to get to the strip however be careful as the police are strict on wearing helmets and you can get fined. The hotel perks: - air con was free which we did not expect due to reading other previous reviews - there was a safe available for free - the room had a hairdryer ( although not very powerful so if you have space for one bring one) but still useable - we borrowed an iron from reception - they had beach towels available to borrow round the pool which is great if flying with limited luggage space - one of our favourite things was the inflatables by the pool which anyone could use and were left by the pool - free shuttle bus to faliraki centre - the food was very good and if going self catering like us you can purchase breakfast buffet for €10 as we found it very difficult to find places open for breakfast on the strip. trips we recommend: - going to Rhodes old town, it is a very beautiful town with lovely bars restaurants and shops, we got to bus on the way there costing €2.50 each and then got a taxi back which was €28 - faliraki waterpark this was very fun day out and only cost €30 each although buy water shoes before u go as the floor is SO hot and we nearly got blisters from it people were carrying flip flops but we found the shoes more effective. restaurants we recommend - Castilian, one of the only places serving breakfast - ambience - nodo burgers - bliss cocktail bar - star fast food for gyros - ice cone trainer overall, we had the most amazing stay and would recommend this place especially for couples or friends.

Just spent 1 week here and it exceeded every expectation I had , the location is away from the noise which is a bonus for us but close enough to everything you need .Every staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel most nights and the food was really good . We booked a junior suite room self catering and the room was very clean and spacious for two people perfect for couples. The shuttle bus is very convenient as cabs can be pricey if your someone that needs them. The views from this hotel are spectacular both the sunrise and sunset were extremely impressive. I would honestly give this hotel 10/10 in everything do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Really nice hotel for the price, friendly staff and good facilities, would go again! The restaurant by the pool is very well priced and the food is really good, sunbeds go fast, but theres space to lay on the grass, pool itself is good, not massive, but clean and well-kept, and theres a nice shallow area to sit and chat. The rooms are good, we stayed in two apartments (which they were able to get pretty much next to each other) and there was daily room service where towels bedding etc were cleaned. The bathrooms were decent size, shower a little small and no screen so water got everywhere, but easy enough to manage with bath mats, bedrooms were nice and cleaned well (wish there was a broom/dustpan in the room, as the floor got dirty fast, and was not cleaned with part of room service. We were self-catered, and found the kitchen fine for basic cooking. A little further out from the centre of Falaraki, but meant it was far more peaceful, a 25 min walk to the strip/beach with shops in town to buy food, you could get the hotel shuttle for free at certain times, or the hotel cab book taxis for you too.

We stopped here for a week mid-late July. In my opinion this hotel is definitely not suited for young families. We had a 2 year old and there isn’t a baby pool, and the pool bar doesn’t offer a children’s menu. Also with regards to the menu, if you’re not bed and breakfast and you didn’t want to pay for Buffett breakfast you can’t order food until 10am This hotel in my opinion is more of a party hotel. Lots of young adults, lots of noise day and night. There were some good points. The room we had was spacious and cleaned daily (not Sundays) The Greek night was a great night and food amazing. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Lovely views Location wise it’s far out. We don’t mind the walk but the hill is definitely a work out. Pool area is small, the small pool which I think is marketed as a child’s pool is actually a jacuzzi and is full of adults drinking alcohol. Sunbeds are reserved early so we never got to sit round the pool until late afternoon when people started leaving. Lots of the sunbeds are broken I would recommend this hotel to couples or groups of young people but definitely not families with young children
