Not long been back home. Rooms- we got places in 235 in the main hotel was very dated but overlooked the main pool and the entertainment we used the room as a base so long as it was clean and no ants we weren't too fussed. However the newer rooms that have been done up looked beautiful from what i saw was block 400. Food- bonus that the food is pretty much from morning till midnight the pizza and chips was nice as i am fussy but majority of the chicken was pink! Food was a real let down to the holiday. Ice cream was brilliant and really tasty banana tasted just like milkshake, ideal to serve your self all day till 12pm! Main pool - hardly spent time round this pool but was big enough the children's pool was very shallow just enough for babies cant comment on the entertainment in day. Some of the sunbeds was broken but was plenty of them we never struggled to find a sun bed for 8 of us and some days we didn't go out till 11. Small main pool near block 700 next to water park, please please be-careful around this pool on the first day here my 10 year old slipped into the pool and nearly snapped her leg and drowned resorted us in a tip to the hospital it is tiled around the pool so soo slippy she had water shoes on and can swim but was screaming in pain. Hotel was very helpful tho. Water park - this made the hotel for us the kids loved it (age 4,8,10) can tell that it needs abit of tlc and they is a dirty ring around the lazy river but didn't bother us to much. Could do with some more rings for the slides also. Drinks - cocktails included in the all inclusive were really nice and strong! Drinks machines all around the hotel but sometimes ran warm, would be a nice touch if they had bottled water round the hotel too. Overall was a really good hotel just the food that let it down. We had a really good time it is what you make it! Book it and enjoy!

As it's our final full day here, it's time for a genuine appraisal. The main hotel is looking quite tired and is definitely in need of a refurbishment. We'd seen some reviews complaining that it was dirty, but that certainly wasn't our experience. The staff are constantly cleaning and work incredibly hard to keep the hotel looking presentable. The food has been good throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and good quality. It won't win any culinary awards, but there was always something enjoyable to eat. The snack bar, which stays open until midnight serving chips, pizza and other snacks, is a great addition. The self-service drinks machines located around the hotel, serving Pepsi and other soft drinks, are another positive. The only downside is that the drinks are served warm, which is a real shame, especially in the heat. The pool area is spacious and enjoyable, although it would benefit from being cleaned throughout the day, as there wasn't much evidence of this happening. There are plenty of sunbeds, which meant there was no ridiculous 6 a.m. rush to reserve one. However, many of the loungers are damaged and they're not particularly comfortable. The majority of guests were British and Scandinavian, which made for a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The beach is only around a five-minute walk away. While it's not a picture-postcard golden sandy beach, it's perfectly pleasant for a swim or a stroll. Faliraki is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel and was one of the highlights of our holiday. It offers a great mix of bars, restaurants and shops. Despite being all-inclusive, we still chose to spend two of our four evenings there because we enjoyed it so much. Overall, we'd rate the hotel as a solid 3-star, which feels fair. While we probably wouldn't return, we've had a lovely, relaxing break and leave with plenty of happy memories.

After reading a mixed bag of reviews I was a little nervous when we arrived. We booked with TUI UK a last minute deal. The hotel looks nice on the outside but once you get in it is obvious that it desperately needs a facelift. The rooms we were given were in the main hotel building. One over looked the pool and evening entertainment. If you have young children you may not be pleased as it’s loud until 11pm. The other was opposite and didn’t really have a view. The beds were awful hard and lumpy the sofa beds were worse. We didn’t want to move room in case what we got was worse so reception offered to put a mattress topper on the sofa beds. Well the topper was actually a few mattress protectors and made little to no difference. If you don’t shower early you get to have a cold one. The outside area around the pool is nice and the main pool was kept in good order. However the sunbeds are all broken and they are incredibly uncomfortable. The entrainment around the pool the pool was great but the music was so loud it was unnecessary. The water park was great however they could do with more inflatables for the slides and lazy river. The snack bar at the water park was the best one. Food was ok but limited. The restaurants you get a visit to were rubbish. The drinks are generous and not measured. On a whole for what we paid we enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to have paid more. Would we come back? No.
