We absolutely loved this hotel, I wanted to cry when I left. The staff were all amazing from the reception to the bar staff, entertainment team etc they each went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing holiday. On arrival the man at reception explained everything to us gave us login details for the app, a tour of the resort and took us to our rooms even though we arrived at midnight. Our room was lovely and spacious with great air con and a lovely big balcony area. The three pools are fabulous the main one is more lively, the 2nd pool is handy for the snack bars and the Marrakesh is great for relaxing. The entertainment was always a good laugh and the staff there were so friendly. The food was your standard all inclusive you always found something nice to eat and the snack bars and ice cream at the middle pool were so handy! The drinks were great plenty of choice. The beach shuttle is a great addition to the hotel however I would love if this went on later than 5pm say even until 8pm so you could go down to the town in the evening however we did get a taxi few times which we didn’t mind but it is €11 each way as the walk is very steep and quite far especially in the heat, there is also a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to Rhodes old town and back for €2.50 each way which was great. We ate in the Marrakesh which was a lovely meal and the staff were great. The small church on the hill is absolutely gorgeous and we’ll work the walk up. All the people we met at the resort from all different country’s were so nice and friendly the atmosphere is lovely. We would 100% stay again and we normally like trying different places but this hotel and Rhodes was perfect. Thank you so much for the most amazing holiday.

We stayed here for 10 days as a group of couples. I want to firstly highlight how kind and attentive the staff are here, especially the ladies at the front desk and Maria who works behind the pool bar - always so warm and welcoming and made our trip extra special. The lady with the glasses who serves the snacks at the la plaza during the day is very rude and we often avoided going there due to her attitude. The food was buffet was good in terms of all inclusive you get what you pay for compared to other all inclusive hotels as someone who is fussy I was able to eat a lot. I like the 3 different choice pools as the main pool area can get more lively so depends on how you feel. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again

This hotel is situated on a hill and is a very big hotel that I didn’t see all of, we arrived late and was given a sandwich as the all inclusive had ended for the day, reception staff are friendly and is located next to a 24hr shop that is reasonably priced. Our room was across the road at the exclusive adult only section the rooms are to a high standard and maintained well everyday with fresh towels water and bottle of wine, air con works great, bugs on the balcony are cleared away, excellent housekeeping Food is plentiful situated in a lovely restaurant with stunning views of the coast, each night is themed with plenty to choose from and for kids, my favourite was Mexican night, the taco’s were exceptional, no faults for any meal times, there are al a carte options if you reserve it but didnt take this option up but they looked great, some of my party opted for the spa use and massages and praised the service for the price. There are several pools, some for kids some adult only, all well maintained clean not cold great entertainment if you want it, there’s a kids section with slides and play area that are well maintained and great for the kids, one pool has the burger shack where you get burgers pizza and gyros fresh made from 11ish until 5ish these are great if you want a restaurant alternative We stayed round the pool at the cosmopolitan bar, most of the action is here such as pool games that are fun, music, bar for cocktails and beers all day, toilets are always cleaned, the lady on the Bar is called Maria, possibly the friendliest nicest person you’ll ever meet, always a smile and chat and just a lovely lady, also first aider she help treat one of our injured party and was very patient and attentive and professional, Maria makes a busy bar run like clockwork and is the best member of staff I met at the hotel, she deserves high praise I’ll miss her every day The entertainment staff are a bit where it falls down, 2 guys one with perm is ok and a lot quieter than the other with blond highlights hair, this chap is a bit unprofessional around ladies especially groups of young ladies, a bit letchy, over familiar and one to watch, when playing the games is good and works well to ensure the entertainment flows all day but could be better around women, All in all this is a great hotel, a bit of a walk into the strip, about 20 min walk or €10 euro taxi ride but for families is wonderful, there’s also a free shuttle bus throughout the day to the beach/town which is useful, I’d stay again for sure, great value for money, very clean, modern, and lovely staff, you won’t be disappointed here
