“Amazing!”

Stayed for a week and couldn’t fault the hotel. The girls in the mini club were amazing - Foteini and Ronja. They got out a range of activities for my son to play and loved challenging them to a game of football and pingpong, thank you!

Giada the team leader and Foteini at the mini club were both amazing with my daughter who was a little too young to go in the mini club however made sure she was still included in all activities and occupied! They really made our holiday our daughter absolutely has so much fun♥️

A really fantastic stay — highly recommend. To start with, you’ll most likely have a great holiday here. It’s a fantastic hotel overall, and we genuinely really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late in the evening, and the reception team gave us such a warm welcome. They were friendly, helpful and made check-in really easy. I had emailed ahead to request a fan, and it was already in the room when we arrived, which was a great touch. The room itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the air conditioning was brilliant — I like a cold room, and this was perfect. Smart TV included too. The room was also cleaned daily to a high standard, which was consistently appreciated throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful — from the cleaning team, to bar staff, to the hosts in the restaurants. The service across the whole hotel felt warm and welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel felt more suited to couples, particularly younger couples. There were only a small number of children during our stay, and it didn’t feel especially geared towards children, which we personally really liked. It honestly has the feel of a hotel that could work very well as adults-only. The food was a real highlight. The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner had a huge range and was consistently very good. Plenty of healthy options if that’s what you’re after, but the desserts were especially tempting and excellent. The à la carte restaurants were a nice addition, and the Greek restaurant was definitely the standout for us — both the food and atmosphere were excellent. One really good thing is if you try one of the restaurants and it’s not for you, you can still go to the buffet afterwards. A special mention to Hayat in the wine bar and Anna in the Greek restaurant — both gave exceptional service and really stood out. They’re a credit to the hotel. Tip for future guests: you can pre-book the à la carte restaurants before arrival via the hotel’s website, and you don’t need your room number to do it. There’s also a snack bar during the day with wraps, salads, fruit and baked goods, plus an Aperol Spritz bar which was a nice addition. We actually found the Italian restaurant much better for lunch than dinner. Drinks were also very good. Great cocktail selection, good soft drinks and branded spirits such as Absolut, which was appreciated. The pool area was lovely with lots of comfortable day beds. They do get reserved early, but the hotel has a good policy where belongings are removed if left unattended for more than 30 minutes. We didn’t see anyone taking advantage of the sunbed situation. Even with the hotel full, there were always standard loungers available. Music played around the pool during the day, which we enjoyed, though appreciate that’s personal preference. The beach was quieter and had plenty of loungers too. The gym was okay — not amazing, but enough to get a decent workout done. If the hotel expands in future, I think a larger gym would be a worthwhile improvement. That said, it being open 24/7 was excellent and a big plus, especially for early workouts, where I was there 5:30/6 am each day. Entertainment was good and centred around the pool area in the evening. Nice atmosphere with patio heaters and a relaxed setting. We also enjoyed the live music before dinner around the lobby bar and outside terrace. Check-out is midday. Late check-out was €85. One thing that needs improving is the shower facilities for guests leaving later — there is only one downstairs shower that needs to be booked, which really isn’t enough for a hotel of this size. A few suggestions for improvement: - Expand the gym - Add proper coffee machines in the rooms - Dim the lighting in the lobby bar and side bar during the evening — it felt quite bright and could really benefit from softer mood lighting Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were excellent throughout, the food was very good, and we’d happily return.
