Location - about 5 minutes walk from an access point to the beach, but you do have a sea view. The hotel is right on the coastal road, so there’s plenty of options for travel. Taxi prices are quite variable and can be really unpredictable, but the bus is incredibly cheap, though seemingly runs quite randomly and can get very busy. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Food - the food is probably what you’d expect for an AI - decent but nothing special. The themed nights are a bit random and the food didn’t really match the theme but there’s plenty of choice and “safe” options for picky eaters. The snack bars are good, and are open for most of the day. Gyros and pizza bars are nice, there’s also various salads, cakes, ice cream and fruit available throughout the day. The food for late arrivals left in the fridge wasn’t great - a dry, disgusting sandwich, dry cake and a banana. If you’re arriving late, I’d suggest eating before you arrive or going to a nearby shop. The restaurant says there’s a dress code but this isn’t enforced. I took a few pairs of jeans and didn’t end up wearing them at all. The one gripe we did have was the amount of waste. We witnessed multiple times tens of bananas being thrown out despite being too ripe to eat. For a hotel that is priding itself on being environmentally friendly, this seemed to miss the mark. Staff - probably the highlight of staying here. They’re all incredibly friendly and get to know you. Within 24 hours the bar staff knew my order and would always chat. Veronika was particularly great, and despite her limited English and my total lack of Greek, we formed a nice friendship throughout our stay. She’s a credit to the hotel. Kristy on the lobby bar is also great. Everyone we spoke to always mentioned the cameras and the boss, which is a real shame - he should spend less time worrying about what his staff are doing and more on telling them what a great job they’re doing, as they truly make the hotel. Drinks - beer and wine is decent, and there a really good selection of cocktails and spirits, plus non alcoholic drinks which are available at machines or from the bars. There’s various water stations throughout the hotel too that you car refill your bottle. Facilities - there are three pools so there’s plenty of space. Sunbeds were generally available though rules about towels aren’t enforced. You have to book a shower if you want to upon checkout but this was straightforward. Rooms - generally nice, clean and AC works well. The fridges don’t really work though, and feel that food gets warmer! On the few occasions I used the TV it worked for a few minutes and then turned off. WiFi is really good throughout. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms. Cleaning is available daily but you get fresh towels twice a week and bedding once, which made sense. We did have a slight issue on checkout where the cleaner was insistent we had to leave our room at 10am, despite checkout being at 11. Overall, we had a brilliant time at Oceanis and would definitely recommend.

We have been staying at the Oceanis Park since the 8th July. From the moment we arrived we have had excellent service from the staff. Eric the waiter,Nikos the man in reception, the receptionists (sorry not sure of their names), the bar staff, the pool man, Mohammed the pizza man , Veronica in the Blue bar ,and last but no least the restaurant staff including Vanessa, Katerina & our favourite lady Anita the restaurant manager. Nothing is too much trouble for them & Anita even helped me towards a healthier porridge breakfast. The food in the restaurant is the best we have ever had & we have stayed in lots of hotels over the years. There is a very wide choice & it is always very hot & replenished regularly, with regular theme nights too . The hotel is in a great position for bars & restaurants (though we haven't had to eat out once) . We contacted the hotel before we arrived & said this trip was part of our silver wedding anniversary celebrations. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a sea view room & there was fruit, a cake & a bottle of bubbly in our room. Very kind thought. If you're thinking of booking this hotel do it quickly as we spoke to lots of people who have been coming for years. Well done the Oceanis Park. We will be back next year 🤞🤞

“Underwhelming not a 4 star”

Right on a busy main road! The hotel is not just across the road from the beach, it’s a 100 meters down the road to cross to a further 80 meters walk to a pebble shoreline, not a beach. Right on a busy main road! The hotel is not just across the road from the beach, it’s a 100 meters down the road to cross to a further 80 meters walk to a pebble shoreline, not a beach. Along the road there are numerous restaurants and a few bars and supermarkets. The food is very repetitive although with numerous options, however the options are invariably the same at lunch and dinner! The restaurant is more like a canteen! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and cleaned every day if you want them done. One unusual aspect of the room! The bathroom is enclosed by tinted glass!!! The main entertainment area is outside the front of the hotel set next to the busy main road! Not a very good level of entertainment, in fact poor quality! The one really positive aspect of the hotel, is if you upgrade your room to a pool view you could get a room in the block of rooms numbered 700’s and you will get a designated pool and reserved sun loungers ! Big bonus! The hotel is rated TUI 4 star! It is definitely not a 4 star!! A good 3 star only!
