We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Rhodes and overall we were very satisfied. The hotel offers several different pools for all ages, which was perfect for families. The snack bars near the pools were very convenient, offering a good variety of drinks and light food throughout the day, especially for an all-inclusive stay. There are a few different restaurants in the hotel. The Asian à la carte restaurant was definitely a highlight—very good quality food and especially delicious sushi. We really enjoyed it. The Italian restaurant (buffet style) was okay. The main buffet restaurant was decent, but the dinners could be improved. It was not bad, just a bit average. We would have liked to see more protein options like beef or chicken in the evening meals. However, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The drinks were also quite basic. It would be great if the hotel could expand the menu with more premium options, such as cocktails like mojito. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. We traveled with a child, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. A special thank you to the entertainment team—they were fantastic and really made our stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to Lucas and Max, and especially to Filippa from the kids club. She was amazing with our child—very kind, attentive, and engaging. Our child absolutely loved spending time there thanks to her. The evening entertainment was also great, with activities not only for adults but also for children, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids.

We recently stayed at Atlantica Mikri Poli Rhodes and had a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and modern rooms, lovely pools, and stunning sea views. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxed, friendly, and perfect for families and couples alike. What really made the stay special was the staff — everyone was welcoming, hardworking, and always happy to help. The entertainment team created a fun atmosphere without being over the top, and there was always something to do during the day and evening. The food was another highlight, with plenty of variety at every meal and lots of fresh options. We especially loved the themed evenings and the snack bars around the pool. The location is also great for exploring Rhodes, with easy access to nearby beaches and local shops. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive holiday!

Here right now, 2 nights into our 7-night stay as a family of 4 (with a 4-year-old and a 9-month-old). We booked a family room with an inland view but were pleasantly upgraded to a pool view on arrival. At check-in, we also asked about possible upgrades to refurbished rooms or suites and were told to come back later. When my wife asked again, she was told we should have asked at check-in — which we had already done. We were then advised to return after 9am the next day, but by then it felt like too much hassle to repack and move rooms again. The hotel is fairly quiet this week, so it would have been nice to at least be offered a refurbished room, or even the option of a paid upgrade. We’re staying in a family room close to the main pool, restaurants, and bar, which is a great location. The layout works really well for families: there’s a main room with two single beds pushed together, plus a separate side area with sliding doors and another two singles. We joined those together and placed the cot there too, which gave the kids their own sleeping space. The room itself is a little dated but perfectly acceptable. One downside is that the electronic door lock stopped working, so we’ve been given a manual key instead. Since there’s only one key, it’s inconvenient when my wife and I are going in and out separately with the children. Maintenance said it would be fixed yesterday, but it still hasn’t been resolved. One big positive is that the hotel is generally very clean and well maintained. Overall, we’ve had a really enjoyable holiday so far. There are plenty of swimming pools and the waterpark keeps the kids entertained for hours. The main buffet restaurant also has a good variety of food throughout the day. Our 4 year old has some allergies, all food are well labeled with allergens which is perfect! Breakfast is only available in the main buffet restaurant, but there’s plenty of choice: omelettes made fresh, pancakes, toast, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, rolls, and more. For lunch, you can either use the main buffet or head to the Pool House, which serves pizzas, chips, burgers, hot dogs, and other casual food. Unfortunately, the Mediterraneo restaurant doesn’t open until June, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to having gyros during the day. Dinner in the main buffet has a good selection and themed nights help keep things varied. The fresh-cut chips are genuinely excellent. The Italian restaurant can be booked multiple times during your stay, although we could only get reservations for two evenings. We visited today and really enjoyed it — good salads, fresh pizzas, a made-to-order pasta station, and a very good lasagne. Desserts across the restaurants are decent but nothing particularly memorable. However, the creperie has been a big hit with us and the kids. It’s open from 10am–10pm and always seems busy, with around a 5-minute wait for crepes. They’re quite thick — more like pancakes — but still nice. Waffles and ice cream are also available throughout the day. Me and the 4-year-old are officially addicted to the chocolate cone with sprinkles! Snack options are okay during the day. The Upper Bar offers Greek salad, cheese pies, fruit, jelly, profiteroles, and similar light bites, while the creperie also has some sandwich rolls. The main issue is that once the Pool House closes around 3:30pm, there isn’t much substantial food available until dinner starts. That can be tricky with young kids who come out of the pool hungry around 5pm. If Mediterraneo by Day had been open (it normally stays open until around 5:30pm), that would have solved the issue nicely. The all-inclusive drinks are perfectly decent overall. There are self-service soda stations around the resort with Pepsi, Pepsi Max, lemonade, orange soda, water, and juices. The wine, however, has been disappointing. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Rhodes before and really enjoyed Greek red wine, but the wine selection here hasn’t been great. Another thing worth noting is that the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water — only glasses of water — so it’s worth bringing or buying a reusable bottle if you want to take water to the pool. The pool areas are one of the hotel’s strongest points. None of the pools appear to be heated, so they can feel chilly in May, although I imagine they’ll warm up from June onwards. There’s a really good variety of pools across the resort. The main pool is near the bar, creperie, and Pool House, so it’s naturally the busiest area. One side is very deep while the other is shallow, making it good for children. The waterpark is excellent for families, with larger slides, a kids’ splash area with smaller slides, a tipping water bucket, and a lazy river running around the area. Next to the waterpark is another family-friendly pool zone, including a shallow splash pool with a mini slide for babies and a slightly deeper toddler pool with a small slide. We’ve spent most of our time here as it’s deep enough for adults to cool off while still allowing younger children to stand comfortably. The only downside is that the bars can feel a bit far from this area. There’s also a quieter pool near the Upper Bar, which has a more relaxed atmosphere and tends to be used more by adults. It is uphill though, so worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Another quieter pool sits at the top of the resort, although we haven’t tried that one yet. Across the road from the main reception is another section of the hotel with suites, access to the beach, a quieter pool area, and the Mediterraneo restaurant. This part feels much calmer and more secluded. It has a main pool, a shallow kids’ pool, a small jacuzzi area, and very comfortable cushioned sun loungers. The only downside is that there are no drinks or snacks available there until Mediterraneo opens. Entertainment-wise, there’s a kids club, mini disco, and evening entertainment from around 8:30pm, although our children are usually ready for bed by then. There’s also a really nice outdoor play area with slides and swings. The Blue Moon bar near the entrance has a much livelier atmosphere and good music in the evenings, whereas the main pool bar feels quieter with plenty of seating available. Other facilities include tennis courts, a football pitch, and a spa. A highlight for our 4-year-old was the Thursday bubble party near the kids’ pool — absolutely loved it. There’s also a small on-site shop selling essentials. About a 10-minute walk away, there are more supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops. Zeus Supermarket is particularly good for reasonably priced snacks, drinks, and pool items. Overall, this is a solid family hotel and we’ve had a very enjoyable stay so far. A few improvements would make it even better: - Better quality wine - gyros available when Mediterraneo is closed - More substantial snacks between 3:30pm and 6:30pm (chips, pizza, crisps, chocolates, etc.)
