“Exceptional”
Do to some unforeseen circumstances we stayed here for a night staff absolutely brilliant and so helpful, food amazing we were feed like kings and a shout out to our waitress Anna she was so nice and helpful, polite and with a smile. Total 5* treatment from everyone at Elvita hotel thanks for making our holiday 1 in a million. Everyone from restaurant staff, bar staff the lovely cleaner and reception staff ( special shout out to Theresa and Naomi who went above and beyond ) I can't thank you enough. We will surely be back
