When we first arrived we were met by a friendly lovely lady at reception. Named marisol she met us a dinner also. The most happiest smile personality and for the 11 days we enjoyed our time here. We did celebrate our wedding anniversary here also . The only downside to our holiday was a very rowdy large family who were very loud and had no control over their many kids that were jumping and totally taking over the peace and quiet . But sad the staf didn’t stop them destroying the pool areas. Even down to life boys being thrown in as play objects jumping off top off pool when in clearly stated no jumping. ! Other than that the food was plenty of choice. Rooms were lovely . Basic but lovely .we loved Maria at the bar she was top notch and I got to say without her there the hotel bar wouldn’t run so good ! She is amazing knows all the drinks ect. Unlike some others there sadly x well done Maria !! Well done marisol. We love you both and would come back to see you both !

“Lovely place, great food and great staff.”

A lovely hotel spread over a large area. Rooms are ok and the staff who maintain them are always happy and obviously enjoying their job. We enjoyed the food which was always hot and varied. A lovely hotel spread over a large area. Rooms are ok and the staff who maintain them are always happy and obviously enjoying their job. We enjoyed the food which was always hot and varied. Silly item to note, the potatoes and especially the gravy were amazing. Thick and tasty. Pool bloody freezing so only kids using it really. Lovely little shop attached to the hotel. Plenty of selections at a slightly inflated price of course. A massive call out to Maria the Barmaid. What a lovely woman who takes so much pride in what she does. She really could run her own bar or taverna with ease. I would come back here just to try her food and drinks. I just hope the management realise what they got. All in all , a lovely relaxed holiday and only a 11 euro ride to rhodes old town. Only downside is kids jumping and diving from one pool to another over the infinity wall. Horrible to watch as a few close calls. Parents not really interested and no staff to tell them not to do it even though there are sign posts everywhere. Maybe the staff need to have a word with parents who's kids are putting their lives at risk and others who would be affected by it.

Very friendly atmosphere and staff. The entertainment team called animation were very entertaining. They always seemed to be present and happy to answer any requests. They put on daytime entertainment around the pool with music and team games such as water polo. When one resident said the water was too cold the animation team proved this not to be by getting in themselves. There was children's entertainment which included learning all the set dances for the evening entertainment. First part was for children with song like I am the music man. Again the animation team led the dancing and encouraged all to join in. Also full credit to the bar manager from whom I requested a cocktail not on the list. She not only made it from scratch but made up bottles for the following nights. Waiting on staff in the one open restaurant were very attentive. The food sometimes lacked in choices and quite often I thought was very salty. The room was clean and comfy. Out of the window and balcony you could see the pool but from the door was a car park and derelict buildings. The pool was large but unseated. To sum up the hotel had good and bad points but the staff made sure everyone had the best experience they could.

The hotel is clean and in most areas quite modern . The hotel seems to cater for coach trips more than anything else- with large amount of guest flooding in daily . As a family going for a beach holiday it did lack in areas , the food was ok at best but some would call odd choices and struggled most days to enjoy , I think this hotels main customers are elderly . Our room was fine no complaints but it’s looks like a lottery some buildings are modern and some are run down and don’t look very appealing, we got lucky . The self services drinks machine were down quite often. Which left one bar on the main building . I must say all the staff were super friendly and helpful
