Stayed at the Cathrin on a group holiday last week. The location is great- it's in the hills beyond Faliraki - lovely countryside and just 15 minutes drive to town. It’s a short walk to two great little beaches with bars and cafes- we went every morning for a dawn swim- beautiful and peaceful. There is a lovely sea view from the hotel and a great pool. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect, a useful shop, cheerful bar and entertainment during the day and evening up until 11pm. This often includes music and dancing. The staff are lovely- very kind and helpful- a particular shout out to the lovely ladies in the shop, the animation team and manager- although all were great. The rooms have good sized balconies and come with aircon- they are utilitarian but functional, clean and light. The catering is extensive, we all found something we liked - the local produce and specialities were amongst the best options. The hotel is fairly large- there are stairs to navigate, though the staff were willing to help with luggage etc. The team did everything they could to make our large group welcome- many thanks for all your hard work 😊

“A lovely 5 day stay”

I had a 5 day stay here with as part of a large group. After reading reviews there was some concern, however they were generally unfounded. The hotel is bright, clean & airy. I had a 5 day stay here with as part of a large group. After reading reviews there was some concern, however they were generally unfounded. The hotel is bright, clean & airy. The food was good with a catering for dietary needs. The staff were all very helpful & keen that we enjoyed our visit with the manager visible & present around the hotel during the day. The pool had lots of loungers and a lovely place to relax. The bedroom was clean as was the bedding & towels . The hotel was a little “tired” in places due to age & sun damage however this did not impact on our stay. Outside the hotel is a bus stop with routes to Rhodes town & the beach. Close by is another bus stop taking you to Lindos. Anthony Quinn bay & Ladiko beach are both walking distance ( 20 mins). I would be happy to stay here again.

The Hotel is clean and provides buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide selection of food including a salad bar and a wide range of deserts. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy although tired in places and could do with a touch up. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
