Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa - All Inclusive

“Awesome trip”

We spent a very nice holiday in Faliraki Beach! The staff was awesome with professionalism and kindness. They even arrange a perfect last minute transfer with baby seats for us. Everything is very clean, the food delicious, also the cocktails. I recommand!

We stayed in Mitsis Faliraki for 4 nights at the beginning of May 2024. We're a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 7. This was our first time in Rhodes. We booked through easyjet but booked a private transfer through Sun transfers. Our drive from the airport was only 20mins or so. Our first impression was great! We were met with a warm welcome and a cool drink. We had a quadruple room which was a king size bed and bunk bed. They gave us 3 room cards. The bathroom had lovely toiletries including shampoo  conditioner, shower gel and body cream. This was topped up throughout our stay. The maids cleaned our room every day and the mini bar was topped up too. We were provided with lovely fluffy beach towels ad were able to change them as much as we wanted by an area near the pool. We were given some lovely gifts in the room like a special aperitif drink, some reusable straws and some lovely Easter bread. It was Greek Easter while we were there so we were lucky to see some of their traditions. The food in the buffet restaurant was nice but I recommend downloading the Mitsis app to pre-book the a la carte restaurants. They were lovely! The drinks from the bars were some of the best I've had at an all inclusive hotel. There was a nice cocktail menu and many other drinks to try. You had to scan a QR code to view the menus everywhere so bear this in mind. There were three bars open during our stay, one in hotel lobby, one pool bar and a beach bar. The pools felt a little cool at this time of year (early May) but were fine once we got used to it. The beach was beautiful, with soft sand and it was shallow water so it was perfect for kids to feel safe. The surrounding area had lots of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance which was great. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance which was handy for our visit to the old town. It was €2.50 for adults but a bit cheaper for kids. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to return! Thank you Mitsis Faliraki!

“Worth every one of those 5 stars and beyond!!”

Stunning hotel! Well, if you’re heading here you’re in for a real treat!! My party of 11 stayed for a week to celebrate my and my twin brother’s 60th birthdays along with our grown up kids. The setting is simply beautiful, a gorgeous hotel, 3 large pools, beautiful terraces for outside à la carte dining, waiter service around the pool and also on the private beach (drinks) which is so close. All 5 à la carte restaurants are very chic, laid out lovely (ensure you prebook) they serve delicious food, very tasty and beautifully presented! Good wine, drink options. We tried them all, the staff are amazing, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, we certainly ate and drank plenty! The hotel bars have an impressive cocktail list, all freshly prepared, delicious! It truly is a 5* resort. The buffet restaurant served a large range of very tasty, yummy food, couldn’t fault it! The rooms are modern, really comfy beds and great pillows, espresso coffee machines, a mini bar fridge that’s replenished every other day with wine, beers, soft drinks. A small bottle of Raki, chutneys specialty teas/coffee. On our actual 60th I arrived for brunch at a beautifully dressed table, bouquets of flowers (daughter organised them) cards, gifts, photos of younger us, bubbly, it was amazing, sun shining and an amazing backdrop, the staff were so helpful and obliging throughout. The sunbeds and loungers are superior quality, very well padded, super comfy, loads of them, also on the beach they have luxury loungers. There was nightly entertainment, all different acts, very good 👍. The hotel is impeccably clean. The location is in Faliraki town, which was fairly quiet, we did go out one night, pleased to say the crazy strip seems to have gone. Overall I had an excellent week, big shout out to all the wonderful, hardworking staff, who made it an unforgettable milestone birthday, thank you all!! I hope to return x

“STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 457.”

Had to write a review now, even tho we just arrived a few days ago. We are happy with our stay, at least the most of it. When we arrived we were told that they had given us the best room with the best view, and the view was beautiful, but there was a strong smell of drains/sewage coming from the bathroom. It got worse and worse during the day , they said we could not get a roomchange before the second night because it was fully booked, which we understand, but sleeping in that smell was awfull! We got another room in the end, but now we have the view of the parking area, and it's noicy, we also think the guy in the reception was a bit rude when we asked if there was a room with a better view. It should not smell like sewage in a 5 star hotel, and we don't feel like we have been compensated for having to live with that horrific smell. The staff in the restaurants and bars are the only thing that makes us wanna stay atm. They are great!
