I had a great experience in the spa and received a really lovely massage from a lady called Panagiota! Highly recommend a massage and experience from this spa! The two ladies were very polite very informative about the type of massage we will receive. Again highly recommend

We booked a 3 night short trip to relax and refresh and totaly got what we were searching for. Lets start with the food, the food is very good but there is still some room for improvement. The Meaty options are amazing, but the vegetarian options where lacking a bit. Next lets talk about the drinks, the variety of drinks that are included in the all-inclusive package is pretty good. The cocktails are nothing really special but for a all-inclusiv package completly okay. The room was nice, big and clean but nothing special except from the bathtub with a sea-view I would say. The service was wonderfull everyone was super friendly, helpfull and professional. We also booked a treatment (full body massage) in the spa with Aggelos as our therapist and it was great, he is really professional and knows what he does. After the treatment we were both super relaxed and it was totally worth the money. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to our friends if they want to visit rhodes.

“Completely relaxing holiday.”

Great hotel to feel relaxed and chilled. Great hotel to feel relaxed and chilled. The staff are fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay, they are possibly the friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered, always smiling and asking if you were enjoying yourself, special mention has to go to Pedro the bartender in the main lobby, this guy greets nearly every guest by name, how he remembers is a talent in itself, the restaurant staff are also vert friendly and attentive..The hotel is beautiful and our room was very spacious with a jacuzzi bath overlooking the stunning waters and bay. One drawback was my wife thought food in main restaurant got slightly repetitive after 10 nights, but there was a great selection if a variation on a theme of fish,pork,chicken. You are allowed to book a meal in one of the specialist restaurants and we booked the Japan/Peruvian fusion restaurant which was fantastic. The indoor spa and pool are lovely but treatments are a bit pricey. Overall we completely enjoyed our 10 nights here and would not hesitate to return for a break as the relaxed atmosphere and ambiance at this hotel more than makes up for anything we may have nitpicked at.You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.

Second time I've stayed at the Ixian Grand and the last visit wasn't as good as the first. Positives- On arrival the fridge was stocked with soft drinks, water and a complimentary plate of sweet pastries which was a nice touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean cleaners cleaned our room/balcony, made our bed and left clean towels everyday without fail. Cleaners, bar staff, reception staff and restaurant staff are amazing!, very friendly and nothings too much trouble. Nice clean pool, lots of loungers never had a day where we couldn't find a lounger to use, outdoor waiting staff continuously walk around keeping the pool/garden area tidy and to take orders. Food is good quality and fresh during the 7 days we stayed there was always something different at the buffet to try. Negatives- Outdoor background music was horrendous and became annoying, very old fashioned, was more like 1980's lift music (Very odd). Table and chairs indoors were a nightmare to dine on as the seats were much lower than the table!, we tried to dine outside when possible as the seats and tables were at a height you can eat comfortably, when sat outside we had to keep moving seats to avoid drips of water coming from the leaky roof. Poor signage at the buffet and no drinks menu, no thought has gone into the layout of the buffet food items, you start with salad then hot food more salad and more hot food seems very mix match. Themes for daily meals aren't on signs around reception you need to access an app to view the daily themes which we weren't informed about, dirty stray cats allowed to wander around the restaurant!. Spa staff are always trying to sell their services and difficult to avoid as they're everywhere!, simple price list in your room would suffice. Due to the annoying issues I experienced on my second stay I wouldn't recommend to family and friends looking for a good 5 star hotel.
