All aspects of our experience was wonderful from the restaurant and bar staff who were friendly and helpful to the high standard of cleanliness. There was a variety of sumptuous food and alcohol. “Stunning place around every corner”

The hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at. My partner and I booked a sea view room, and it was an amazing decision because we got to enjoy panoramic views of the sunrise over the sea every morning. We were welcome with the bottle of wine and waters in the bedroom. All the restaurants offer stunning sea views, and the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful from day one. They have buggy cars that can take you down the hill to the nearest beach, which has crystal-clear water and a stone beach. There's a mini-market right in front of the hotel, and you can rent a car just down the hill. The swimming pool staff are very organized and friendly. They serve drinks and help you with whatever you need. Adrianna recommended places for us to visit around the island, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We honestly cannot recommend this resort enough. From the lovely welcoming, extremely friendly staff, great food and entertainment plus a truly stunning traditional Greek resort. It was everything we had hoped it would be and so much more. We had one of the panoramic sea view rooms, the room was lovely, nice and clean, which was freshened up daily by the cleaners, and the panoramic sea view was beautiful day and night. The restaurant at the pool bar was actually one of our favourites, serving up traditional Greek food, our favourite was the pork gyros, they are an absolute must to try during your stay, so delicious! The pool bar staff were great, they would walk around during the day taking drinks orders poolside from your sun lounger and then bring them over to you. Very good service, although they could have done with a few more pool side staff. There was a great variety of food at the buffet for lunch and dinner, each evening was slightly different to the last which made it more exciting. And the A La Carte restaurants were exceptional. We only managed to book the Italian during our stay, which we enjoyed very much. There was different entertainment on each evening at the main bar which was always alot of fun, the saxophonist was one of our favourites!! Lindos Town is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. We would definitely recommend going here for the day/ evening. We got there via taxi which the hotel booked for us. It's such a beautiful town to wonder around, get some food, check out the beach, but the absolute highlight for us was climbing to the top of the Acropolis, it was absolutely breathtaking!! There are only a few criticisms that we have about the hotel, one being there really should be a full length mirror in each bedroom. Two, unfortunately there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool so if you didn't get down there early enough you missed out!! Luckily for us we're early risers so we always got a bed but we saw many people being disappointed. Lastly, during our stay we noticed that as the hotel got busier later in the week they definitely needed more staff on all the bars. Sometimes we were left waiting for quite some time, especially in the evenings, for a drink which was quite frustrating when we just wanted to enjoy the entertainment with a nice cocktail. Besides these minor criticisms we cannot recommend this beautiful traditional Greek resort enough, it's so picturesque, has so much charm, and the staff were exceptional, always so friendly and helpful. Especially Chris who made our stay extra special, he was always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything we needed. You honestly won't regret booking an adults only holiday here!!

“Not 5*! Hotel needs maintenance work and staff need better training.”

Upon arrival we were impressed with the check in procedure and grandeur of the hotel lobby however our experience went slowly downhill from here. The room had a lovely view of the bay however the bathroom had large amount black mould, the toilet seat was loose and there was an open drain on the balcony. Given the hotel had only re opened at the start of the month why was this maintenance not carried out during the off season?! Not what I expect in a 5* hotel. The website states as a reason to stay that the hotel offers “Undisturbed Views for Complete Tranquility & Relaxation”. Views yes - tranquility and relaxation - absolutely not. There is live music on the bar terrace every evening 20:30 - 22:30 (one night it went until 23:00). Whilst I appreciate some guests enjoy Tina Turner and Bon Jovi, I don’t think it fits the bill of tranquility and relaxation. The music travels directly across into the rooms and so I would suggest the music is moved inside to not disturb those who want to relax in the bar or their rooms. We did complain about the noise and were offered a quieter room - don’t kid yourself only a nuclear bunker would block out “Sweet Caroline” On one of the nights we embraced the live music and came to the bar. The staff although friendly weren’t adequately trained for a 5* hotel. I asked for a Greek wine recommendation to which the bar staff confessed she had no clue about wine. To top it off the glasses were dirty, a wine cooler had to be asked for and the wine was in different glasses. Small details but not 5* At breakfast we had to take cutlery as the table was not set, had to ask for our own coffee and again whilst the staff are friendly they are fairly incompetent. I appreciate the hotel may struggle to hire experience staff or struggle to train the new ones this early in the season but this is not an excuse in a 5* hotel. Chistos your guest relations manager was very good in addressing our issues but my gut feeling is the complaints should not have happened in the first place. I hope my feedback is taken on board before the peak season but sadly I would not recommend your hotel to anyone else.
