We couldn't love this hotel anymore if we tried. The staff were gorgeous and the hotel was stunning! We loved the location! Close to tavernas, close to the bus stop and an easy stroll into the little town area. We had never been to Santorini before and it was everything I had imagined a Santorini hotel to look like. We loved it so much that we have already started planning a trip back there next year - from Australia!!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. Clean, attentive, welcoming and friendly staff, perfect location, and excellent bar and menus. Flexible half board option and well stocked breakfast options. Towels available for poolside and taking to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. Honestly delighted with our holiday - the hotel makes a huge difference and this exceeded our expectations. 5 mins walk to the seafront where there are sunlounger options, and a volcanic sand beach.

Our stay at Santorini Kastelli Resort was nothing short of exceptional. This was our second visit, and thanks to the incredible staff, we’ll definitely be returning next year for our third! A special thank you to Georgia, whose warm smile and genuinely welcoming nature made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. John was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Sabrino was always polite, professional, and attentive, as was Gerdi, who consistently provided outstanding service with a smile. Jim was always available whenever we needed anything and was unfailingly polite and helpful. A huge mention also goes to Kwastas, who is incredibly talented behind the bar. His cocktails were consistently outstanding, and he never failed to impress us with his creativity and skill. Anastasia was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We also want to thank Giannis, who was such a genuinely lovely person whether he was welcoming us at reception or looking after us at the pool bar and restaurant. His friendly personality and excellent service really stood out. To every member of staff at Santorini Kastelli Resort, thank you. Your hard work, dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. Every single one of you goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for, and it is the reason we keep coming back. The Santorini Kastelli Resort captured us from the moment we arrived. The look and feel of the property is simply stunning — the décor, the architecture, the attention to visual detail all reflect the very best of what Santorini has to offer. It is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and take it all in. We stayed in the Superior Double rooms, each of which comes with its own private porch/courtyard. Spending evenings out there with friends, a glass of local wine in hand and the warm Greek air around us, was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip. The 1st couple of days weren't great weather wise but then thankfully the weather turned. We were half-board and breakfast was excellent throughout — plentiful, varied and well presented, with something for everyone. In the spirit of an honest review, the dinners during the first two evenings did not quite meet the standard we had expected. However after a conversation with Anastasia, the Food and Beverage Manager, the dinner quality improved dramatically for the remainder of our stay. Whether our feedback directly prompted the change or the timing was coincidental, the result was the same: we thoroughly enjoyed every dinner that followed. It is worth noting that Anastasia was professional, receptive and genuinely engaged as were all the serving staff. Anastasia offered us the option to order from the lunch menu until 7pm, which some of our party chose to do. The burgers in particular were delicious — highly recommended. The restaurant team, spa and reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the overall warmth of the property is something that stays with you. Two individuals stand out above the rest: Yannis, the Operations Manager, whose professionalism and attentiveness made a real difference to our stay, and Vera, our housekeeper, who was an absolute gem — our "lovely cleaner" as we came to think of her. That said, the warmth and welcome we experienced was consistent across the entire team, which speaks to the culture of the place. This is a beautiful hotel run by people who clearly care about their guests. I would return happily.
