Amazing staff really friendly amazing food and experience would do again . We thank in particular Machi (reception,), Aldi and Alex (bar) all the kitchen and catering staff, and of course cleaning, pool and garden staff. Without exception they were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Hotel entertainment also of a high standard, and thoroughly enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Our last day after 7 lovely days at this hotel. Special mention to both Machi and cici who looked after us all week. We literally arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We were bed and breakfast, so we can't comment on all inclusive but breakfast has something for everyone. A great quiet location with a ten minute walk to bars and restaurants. We ate out most nights and the food was exceptional at Noka and the red apple. Hope to come back next year

Our week-long stay at the Maistrali Hotel in Tragaki recently come to an end, and as we reluctantly checked out earlier, we both agreed it has been one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We stayed as a couple on a bed and breakfast basis, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their warmth and professionalism really made the holiday extra special. The reception team deserve particular praise. They were always smiling, approachable and happy to help with any request. As someone who enjoys a bit of friendly banter, I was chatting and joking with them throughout the week, and they always joined in with a smile, making the atmosphere feel relaxed and personal rather than simply transactional. The dining staff were equally exceptional. A special thank you goes to the gentleman who heads the dining team, who surprised us one afternoon by delivering a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and cakes to our area whilst sunbathing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I couldn’t resist cheekily asking him for another helping later that week! His kindness and good humour summed up the level of service we experienced throughout our stay. Even the pool barman who allowed me to input my varied suggestions of music always seemed in high spirits. Although the hotel wasn’t able to extend the use of our room until our departure time, they immediately offered alternative facilities so that we could shower, change and freshen up before travelling home. It was a thoughtful solution (at the sister hotel pool), that allowed us to enjoy our final day without major stress. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, peaceful and wonderfully relaxing. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind rather than somewhere focused on nightlife, this is an excellent choice. We’d particularly recommend the Maistrali Hotel to mature couples and anyone wanting a calm, friendly holiday where the staff genuinely care about making your stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at the Maistrali Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We leave with wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend you to friends and family looking for a relaxing stay in Zakynthos.
