Got to say what a great find this hotel was for our first time to Zante, from the greeting we received at reception on arrival, until the time we said goodbye at the end was fantastic. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing with nothing too much trouble. Room was a good size and we faced the pools on the first floor which was nice. Pools were good and clean with plenty of sunbeds available at anytime of day. Good choice of food and we never struggled to find something we liked, also we booked the a la carte evening meal one night which was hosted in the pool bar restaurant. Pool bar was very good during the day with food made to order, and a special shout out to Nikos who remembered what we were drinking and was so friendly! Kalamaki strip and the beach was only a short stroll from the hotel, we also booked a couple of trips with TUI and were picked up and dropped off close to the hotel. I would not be put off by the aircraft noise as it didn't bother us one bit and we we aware of this before we booked. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Zante.

“The most wonderful holiday.”

I have just returned from a week at this amazing hotel with my partner. From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed. Check-in was amazing and so speedy, but detailed. Our flight was delayed and as we arrived late, a meal had been left in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture, and truly appreciated. The pool area is just gorgeous and we always found a sunbed. We felt so chilled and relaxed every day. Our room was gorgeous, we loved the decor, and it was so clean. We loved sitting out on our balcony in the evening. Huge thank you to the cleaning staff who cleaned our room every single day. The Food was gorgeous! The snickers cake was to die for! I'm still dreaming about it now! We really enjoyed all of our meals and there was a great selection of fresh, well cooked food. The pool snack bar food was really good too, always quickly served and really tasty. The Caesar salad was a firm favourite! The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. From Reception, to the restaurant, to the pool bar, and main bar, every single member of staff were amazing and so so helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. We are hoping to come back next year as we really did have the best time! The holiday blues are real! Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so wonderful.

Returned yesterday loved our stay and so did our two teenage kids. Highs were - Spotlessly clean - Staff work really hard to provide a good service from front desk to bar to restaurant staff super friendly including Sergio on bar and Spyros on part of the owners family - Food, worked really hard to provide variety for lunch and dinner - Rooms (Studio) plenty of room good toiletries, towels, slippers and robe Location is good walking distance to town and beach. Loved Iguana bar off the strip. Only improvement is Gym needs an upgrade (not suitable for any keen gym user) As a 3 star hotel though really excellent

We’ve just returned from our 10 day holiday at this fantastic family run hotel and we couldn’t fault it. I read a review before I booked it that said it is a hidden gem and that is the perfect description. For a start it is spotlessly clean. The rooms were freshened up every day with bedding and towels. The cleaners attend to the pool area every morning and it is monitored throughout the day. Sunbeds were available throughout the day with no need to save them with towels at stupid o’clock in the morning and there are also signs discouraging this practice which was a relief. The absence of an animation team was also a welcome plus as I’m not one for poolside participation. I’ve also watched every type of entertainment show in the past and wanted somewhere quiet this time. That being said, Sandra from TUI was lovely and was there every morning if you need anything. The cocktail bar plays music in the evening and live singers come in about 3 times a week. The restaurant staff could not work any harder and they are extremely polite and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious with a huge variety of fresh food. The snack bar also offers an alternative menu which is made to order which I’ve never seen before. Nikos is amazing behind the bar during the day and knew our cocktail order after 2 days. Not because we were drinking it dry but because he took the time to get to know us. Such a gentleman. Spyros would greet us every evening before our meal and would always ask if we were enjoying our stay. Beach towels are available for a returnable 5 euros and can be changed every 2 days and the free courtesy room was very welcome on our last day as we had an evening flight. There is aircraft noise as the hotel is very close to the airport but as we live very close to Stansted airport it never bothered us. It actually made for good entertainment as we took a stroll after our evening meal one night and walked to the airport fence watching the planes coming in over our heads as they came into land. There are no late flights anyway as the loggerhead turtle hatching takes priority and shouldn’t be disturbed. The beach also has areas sectioned off for the turtle egg nests. All in all, this is exactly the holiday I wanted and far exceeded my expectations. I definitely want to go back. Thank you Bitzarro Grande from the Kershaw family room 527.
