This was our second sty at the hotel ( we came same time last year). We enjoyed our holiday and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to especially mention Alex and Tony who were always welcoming despite working long hours and made us feel special. They really made our return trip. We were in my favourite club ground floor room which as lovely with the infinity pool and own sun beds. We are glad we booked this again and the adjacent bar area had been improved with decking. However we did not get any other benefits from having paid so much more for the room - with other hotels often premium rates get premium drinks or benefits. Maintenance were great as they came and replaced the mosquito screen in the bathroom promptly and fixed a broken patio chair - would have hope this would have been fixed before checked in - chair also broke last year. Room was nice a as the pictures looking at pool and sea. Very relaxing. Rooms cleaned daily :-). Shower pressure and temperature had been fixed from the previous year so was a pleasure to have a shower but bathroom flooded as screen did not stem the flow. The dining food is great (apart from one night of 10) and the lunchtime snack bar was great. Did not bother with the 'a la carte' this year as was same menu as last year. Entertainments good. generally good hotel, Zakynthos is a nice island. Would also echo other guests that check-in not improved with the ipad process was much quicker last year.

We loved this hotel, food, drink and entertainment were good, the staff were lovely and very hard working, the entertainment team were great, rooms were modern. I loved the infinity pools. Two negatives were I hated the saving of sunbeds, the hotel really should stop this, and I also didn't like the 2 tier system caused by my favourites club

“Nice hotel for couples- but be aware of club exclusive benefits.”

Overall a nice stay in Zakynthos and layout of the hotel was stunning but please be aware of “club” benefits which may limit regular guests throughout their stay. Overall a nice stay in Zakynthos and layout of the hotel was stunning but please be aware of “club” benefits which may limit regular guests throughout their stay. Pros - Lovely pool area -Food was pleasant and a good selection (I’m not a fussy eater so this may be different to someone who is) - Great decoration within room. - Bar staff by POOL were always kind Cons -Air conditioning was rubbish. - designated areas for club members which was a bit annoying as they are spotted around the hotel rather than just one designated area ( for example, seating areas, restaurants areas had one, and of course down at the bottom towards the beach club members had infinity pools and own loungers) -Entertainment wasn’t great however we enjoyed Greek night and movie night. I feel like I would have perhaps enjoyed my stay more if we upgraded our rooms to “club” to maximise the facilities but I feel like when you’re spending £1000 each for a week you’d expect to use all facilities. We booked with TUI and during that time it was not advertised the exclusive benefits of being a club member. However if we had known, maybe we would have gone for a different hotel without the “club hierarchy” theme running through the hotel. I feel that part was personally not our type of thing. Leaving on a positive note, the hotel overall was lovely and the views were fantastic. Service was overall good but we were disappointed with the air con. The pool area was lovely and it was really nice to go to an adult only hotel.
