Karina Sandoval at Paradise Hotel in Roatán was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, she was an excellent communicator and responded right away every time we reached out. She made everything feel easy by giving us clear options and helping us figure out what worked best for our stay. What stood out most was how attentive and reliable she was. She answered all of our questions with patience and made sure nothing was left unclear. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience guests have, and it shows in the way she handles every detail. It’s honestly hard to put into words how much support she provided throughout the process. She went above and beyond in every way and made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend working with her.

“Wish we could have stayed longer”

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with the all inclusive package, and we had an amazing stay. We were picked up from the airport via the hotel's shuttle, which was very convenient. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet, clean, and well maintained. If I was to nitpick, it would have been nice if the hot water lasted longer than a few minutes for a shower. Our room was just a minute walk from the beach, the buffet, and the dive shop. The views on the beach were incredible. The buffet food that comes with the all inclusive is about what you would expect for buffet food, not the best but not bad either. The had nightly entertainment specials at Cayuco beach bar like singers or dancers, and we had a lot of fun learning salsa and doing karaoke with Alejandra. We snorkeled every day and saw a few sting rays in the area directly in front of the hotel, but the best snorkeling is further south between the boat dock and the large rock formations. The beach front has lounge chairs, umbrellas (for hotel guests), and towels. Eleazar was amazing and always made sure that we were well taken care of. The beach was very clean and they was security walking around as well, so we felt safe enough to leave some of our belongings on the beach chairs while we walked down the beach. We did SCUBA with the onsite dive shop and also had an amazing experience with them as well. 100% would recommend!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days last week. The customer service is amazing as well as the food in the Cayuco Restaurant and the buffet. Marvin, the waiter at Cayuco Restaurant was always very attentive, Alejandra in guess services was always checking on us how we were doing, the buffet staff Johnson, Joel, Michelle and other buffet staff were great. We did snorkeling on our own as the hotel is within walking distance from the beach and coral reefs. We enjoyed the entertainment at the Cayuco Restaurant, the food and the proximity to the beach and activities around the West Bay area. The only thing that I would do different next time is to rent a car and do island activities on my own as the activities through the hotel adventure services can be pricey and if wanting to pay with credit card for such activities (visit the small zoo, city/island tour, etc.), they will charge a 19 % fee unless you pay cash. My wife and I will definitely be back.
